Bridge Park Hotel

Went to the hotel and left writhing that hour. The room didn?t even have e space for my luggage.

Didn?t appreciate that I couldn?t stay at the hotel and the manager at the hotel agreed that the space wasn?t conducive for me and my luggage but they refused to refund my money

It was good enough for its ratings level, my stay was event free.

Basic room, late check-in

Flickering lights, dark walls, scary neigbourhood

Clean room and washrooms. Supportive staff. Bus stop is just opposite to the hotel.

Common washroom but we knew about it, so can’t complain.

Location is very nice…. Walking distance from Wembley Stadium, London Designer outlet and near to airport also

Mould and crack in the sink . No plug sockets could use . Beds very small . Not great.

Super close to Wembley StadiumWe went specifically to the night after a concert and it was a great decisionOnly 30 min walk to the hotel when all the busses were full and did not stopped at the stadium.

The bathrooms were unclean and shared. I was expecting in room bathrooms as per photos

Excellent location for Wembley stadium. My brother and I were there to see our team, Sunderland, in the play off final. The reviews for this hotel weren't very good but after our stay , I have to say we very much disagree. It is basic and needs a lick of paint here and there but it was clean and comfortable. No frills but that's what we expected for this price, £118 for the two of us. The shared bathrooms were numerous and perfectly acceptable and always available. Staff were certainly very helpful and pleasant. Of course Sunderland won the game so we were very happy anyway but that would not have changed our opinion of this extremely good value for money hotel. Superb place to stay for a night or two if you're wanting to go to Wembley stadium.

Not much really except the awkward bus journey in to London centre. Not the hotel's fault that though.

Friendly staff and helpful. Chas helped me to bring my heavy baggage to my room .

Bathroom lights were not working and we used mobile torch to use during the night. No hot water. Unable to close the tap. Lot of wall noise from next door.

Location was great.

Over charged for the room when we paid in arrival, room had no window, shower was a trickle of water.

Location to venue we was attending over the week, ease of getting to the hotel, local transport around the area.

Breakfast costs seamed a bit steep at £12. where the near by Wetherspoons was only like £4.

Rooms are dated, but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding

For the amount of money you pay it’s actually a decent hotel, bed was comfortable, bathroom was a single room that you could lock and it felt very private, it even came complete with a bodily fluid covered chair which we chose not to use

Like something out of a horror film

Dirty rooms, dirty corridors, dried blood on the carpets and bedding

the staff were so friendly. they answered all of our questions and were so polite and welcoming. the room was lovely and clean too.

the bed was slightly uncomfortable but we only stayed for one night so it wasn’t a huge deal.
