    • Check in was a joke. Last time I checked we live in England & have no legal obligation to carry ID. The 3 on reception were appalling, No ID, no stay was the line even though I had paid in full. I do not take my wallet anywhere which had my ID because there is no need in this country. I could have provided a booking confirmation email. I could of provided my Booking. Com account. I could of provided a bank statement. I could of provided my virtual card in my phone wallet. But no, no ID , no stay. I would have done very well to guess a random first & last name on the exact day with the correct combination of a child & adult. Hiltons have hotels in hair about scary country in the world, last time I checked, as awful as London is, it's still in the UK so I suggest the hotel chain abides by the rules we live by. Absolutely awful check in experience. You should be ashamed.

I stayed on the 7th floor I would have rather had a shower and not a shower within a bathtub the room seemed quite dated.

I had dinner there that evening and myself and partner got the sirloin steak however both steaks where incredibly chewy full of grisle throughout them

    Clean and welcoming

Few blankets, it was a bit cold

    Staff. Breakfast.

There was only one bath towel in the bathroom so I let my wife have it to shower on Saturday morning. The seating in the sky bar consists of 2 seater sofas with a table in between and tall tables and chairs. All tall tables were taken. When me and my wife went to sit on a sofa we were told we couldn't because there were couples on the opposite sofa. We were sent into a side room with no atmosphere

My child’s iPad was left in the room when we checked out and was definitely there. We contacted Hilton immediately afterwards, but they later claimed it was not found. As housekeeping would have been the only people to access the room after our departure, this was extremely concerning. The way this was handled ruined our stay and left us very disappointed.

    dog friendly

staff wouldn’t open the barriers to the disabled parking spot, told us to park at the front while we unpacked the car and checked in. we then received a £100 fine for parking there. laziness from the staff not wanting to accommodate a disabled person has cost us money

Ideal location, rooms are sizeable and with cheap parking by London standards!Breakfast is exceptional and honestly what made us come back

The location was perfect for Wembley arena. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful

The pillows were too soft for me personally but that is an individual preference and I suppose it’s better than being too firm

Ambiance is very beautiful. Staff were polite and responsive. Thanks, Hilton London Wembley for making my stay remarkable.

It was a distance to get to my room.

    Lovely staff, spacious rooms

Rooms too hot at night. Worried that my child would move something from the snack tray and activate sensors! No plug sockets near left side of bed. At no fault of the hotel there was a poo in the lift which I had to report as no other lifts would come whilst it was still on the ground floor.

Good location, lovely spacious, clean rooms. Very quiet and comfortable. Enjoyed drinks at the bar and convenient car parking in Gold car park @ £15 per day .

This is the second stay here in the last 12 months and the service has been consistently excellent.

    9RenatoPosted on: 2-2-2026

    Superb

verall, the stay was good and met expectations. However, the front desk service was a weak point. A late check-out request was not approved, which is understandable, but there was little effort or empathy shown to explore alternatives. This lack of warmth stood out, especially when compared to other hotels I stayed at in England, where the service was much more welcoming

The breakfast was fab did not enjoy it properly as I was a bit ill that day amazing location cross the road to the Wembley Arena which I had a concert to go to the night before

Problems with working the heating, the room was a bit chilly
