- I tried to check in early but the room wasn't ready, so I told the Duty Manager (I think) that I would wait in the bar area and have a beer. He then bought my keys to me personally about 20 minutes later but still well before the check in time. Thank you.
- The location and the cleanliness were excellent. Overall the customer service was great.
- Most of the staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. The swimming pool.

- They promised a scheduled wake-up call for a day and it never happened. Someone could miss a flight on this basis! Otherwise I have no complaints.
- Dirty changing room for the swimming pool. Rudeness of member of staff at breakfast. Did not get much sleep as room was next to stair case and lots of loud talking and doors slamming.
- There are 3 lifts but are small when loading luggage.

We liked the location which is away from hectic London. It was a good brisk walk to the tube to get to all of the other places we wanted to tour. Quite rooms and friendly staff although we are not high demanding travelers.

It looks like the room was renovated. It was very comfortable and clean.
I know that many hotels esp higher end use glass cups but I believe they should go to plastic wear. After seeing that documentary on hotels and the housekeeping, I bring my own cups and water. Other than that, no complaints

Greatly needs renovations. Surprised Hilton brand allows carpets that dirty and old in their properties.

The room was fabulous, and the staff was helpful without being intrusive.
The wireless Internet was extremely bad and I had less than 3 hours of connectivity when I paid for 24 hours.
Mick the maintenance man was amazing, he should be running the place and maybe then it could be called a hotel.
There is nothing to like about the hotel, bad staff, bad rooms, broken baths - lights and beds, fawlty towers looks like an upgrade to this
