Bluebay Banus

The grounds where great clean and well groomed my unit was in the front and was a little noisy from the hwy out front. I would go back again but book one of the rooms overlooking the pool.

Traffic noise

Outside was nice ! But rooms old old and the bed were even older!!! No air has to open windows and the people were smoking outside came right in our window! Told them about it and ask if we could move, we moved and the next room they smoked tooo

The rooms were bad ! Someone was working room above until 230 in morning

I had a wonderful stay at BlueBay Hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and the facilities were great. What really made my experience special was Mrs. Sonia, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Her warm hospitality truly made me feel welcome. Thank you Mrs .Sonia, thank you very much also Mr.Jose and the entire BlueBay team for such a pleasant stay! Highly recommended!

Nothing at all

Location was perfect, 2 pools, staff was lovely

We had to change rooms twice, once because of an ant problem and another because they put us close to a building which had a machine making a noise throughout the night so we could hear it in our room

Love, love, love how the property is lit up at night! So pretty! The pools are nice to be in the day, sometimes distracting to have the people leading games but can also be a fun option to engage in. Also think there’s pretty great value at the buffet for meals.

I really wish at least one of the pools would be open in the evening. There are options to rent towels but that was not explained to me at all by staff ahead of time. More snack options by the pool would be nice too.

Everything instead the furniture it’s bad quality and it’s some of them old The garbage in the apartment is limited no have in everywhere. It’s only in the kitchen and the bathroom no have any garbage in the living room or the rooms the mattress is really bad. We have a back pain. You can check the apartment we buy something to protect the bed and we leave it for them as a gift because it’s really bad. Nobody can sleep in the mattress.

The staff were super kind with checkin, checkout, giving directions, helping, recommendations.We loved that the area was well taken care of with plants and it was clean overall.

The hotel is supposed to be in Andalusian style but it seems to be outdated.The cleaning of the room could’ve been better, the sheets had holes in them, the toilet seat won’t stay up, the handles are rusty and gives an icky vibe overall.A mid range breakfast selection.The way to the beach was so dirty and long, we didn’t even want to swim anymore, the beach closeby is not the best.

This is very far from being a 4 star hotel, staff is nice and that’s the only nice thing about the hotel. Rooms are very, very old, safes don’t work unless you pay 2€ a day. Sun beds are dirty, the surroundings of the pool are also very muddy and dirty. Wouldn’t recommend going here

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel, especially considering how much I paid per night. There was no elevator, which made it very inconvenient, especially with luggage. The housekeeping was minimal—they only made the bed and didn’t clean the bathroom at all during our stay. To make things worse, the ceiling was leaking, which is completely unacceptable.While the view of the pool from our room was nice and the staff were friendly, the hotel is clearly undermanaged and not maintained properly. For the price, I expected much better service and basic comfort. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others unless major improvements are made.

Breakfast is excellent. Very good buffet.

The whole place is looking tired & is in need of a total refurbishment. But I guess that is why it is such good value compared to what other hotels are charging in Marbella.

I like Food

I don't like when open swimming 10:30 and all time close this place after 18:00. I DON'T LIKE WHEN ORDERED ROOM , THEN YOU GET DIFFERENT AND SMALLER...

My wife and I were looking for a reasonably priced hotel within what is an expensive location. We have been going to Marbella for a number of years and always shared an apartment. This was our first stay in a local hotel and far exceeded our expectations. Its location to Puerto Banus and San Pedro plus walking distance to the beach made it an ideal base. The hotel has lots of facilities, is well kept and has a very courteous, professional and helpful staff. When checking beforehand there had been negative comments about the hotel being alongside a motorway. I can honestly say that I’m a light sleeper and found the traffic noise minimal. Based on our experience I highly recommend the Blue Bay Banus as an excellent holiday location.

Truthfully on behalf of my wife and I we have no negative comments about our stay at this excellent hotel.
