The Marbella Heights Boutique Hotel

The place is just beautiful and relaxing. The staff was accomodating and kind.

The principal staff were not very familiar with Marbella itself and didn't have specific recommendations -- a minor critique -- they were otherwise very responsive.

Rooms are very clean . Staff went beyond for you offered everything you can ask for . They are also very helpful and hospitable.

It’s far you need a car to get by

Room was clean with nice personal touches such as a complimentary bottle of wine and water. Terrace with a nice view

Location. You must have a car and a good GPS. We expected a hotel but this was more of a private home with about 5 bedrooms. Parking was safe but on the street in front of the house. Breakfast was served but absolutely no food services. They have an in house bar where you can buy drinks. Location is a 10 minute drive to any part of Marbella, no place to walk to.We were just not expecting the isolated location and feeling of being in a house. However, staff were very nice, a sure charm depending on what you are expecting.

Everything was perfect. The location, the staff, clean hotel, quite. We were so happy with the hotel that we plan to stay in it next summer again.

Location. Boutique hotel we expected functions of a boutique hotel. Parking y was on the street. Basically a house with 5 bedrooms. Why cu were very nervous ce . Because t. A residential neighborhood. I no c ok no Didier, personal opinión, this is more q bed and breakfast .

The villa was designed and built to the highest of standards. It is located in very beautiful area and the views are spectacular, only 5 minutes by car to the beach. Service was excellent, the breakfast was very good, special thanks to Elena who was there for all our needs. Definitely a five star treat, can’t wait to go back to this amazing place.

I have no complaints about the property.

- The service was impeccable- The staff made everything they could to make my stay just perfect- The hotel and the room was pristine clean- A lot of details and surprises during my stay- The view from the pool area and from my room

The property looks nice: it has a tasteful decor and an attractive pool (which we haven't used).The reception was very responsive to our needs and explained how to get around the town.Our room was comfortable and well equipped, we've got a welcome bottle of wine.We didn't have a breakfast since we left early.

1. The hotel is not located in a close proximity to the beach and the city center. Even though we knew that from the reviews and had a car, a central location in the beach town would have been more convenient for us.2. We had a problem with the soundproof in our room. Somebody next door had returned in the middle of the night so we could hear their loud conversation. It's possible though, that the sound came from the hallway.

It was serene and peaceful

It was very far from Marbella and had to take taxis back and forth which was costly. Also no bar as they stated in the website

It’s a boutique hotel. Maybe not matching five criteria, which I really do not care about; I was looking specifically for a quiet place with personal touch. Great in less rather than mediocre in a lot. I had no intentions to explore the vicinity by foot, just relax. It was just nice and quite with a good view, good breakfast served at a few nicely situated tables.

The chairs around the breakfast area could be more comfortable perhaps.

Fabulous hotel with wonderful staff…Ella, Iryna and the lady who studied in Halifax were all so helpful and friendly. Hotel is beautiful and individually furnished to a very high standard. Great breakfast with superb views.Wonderful in every way, we would highly recommend.

The hotel doesn’t serve lunch or dinner. It would have been good to be able to get a light lunch at the hotel so we could just stay by the lovely pool/ terrace.

Lovely hotel, short taxi ride to the old town. (7 euro via Uber ) great breakfast, fantastic staff. Would definitely return!

This small boutique hotel in a beautiful neighborhood in the hills overlooking Marbella and the sea is a respite from the busy tourist areas. It is a lovely property with magnificent views of the water. The rooms are large and nicely decorated, the bathrooms spacious and the public spaces well-done.

The personal care products were very harsh and detergent-like. My initial staff interaction was brusque and cold but soon there were warm, kind people who smoothed out some issues with my reservation.

Beautiful, quiet location with amazing views. The staff were very friendly and noting was too much trouble.

If you stay for more than a night I would recommend hiring a car as it is a bit out of the way. However, that is why you have the wonderful views.

Very private and quiet, beautiful building, you feel like you in 5 star yoga retreat! everything was made and decorated to details . Beautiful views from everywhere in the house.

1.I really liked that we were warmly welcomed to stay with our cat totally free of charge, and I can confirm that our cat really loved the place :) 2. The staff are very kind, professional and understanding, specially the lovely lady at the reception.3. The terrace in the morning and at night is really nice to sit in and enjoy a cup of coffee, specially sunrise was exceptional! 4. The room is very comfy and clean and the hotel has a cosy and relaxing atmosphere.

There is nothing I did not like, just it is important to know that the hotel is on a height, so having a car is definitely a plus.

Breakfast and choice very good and service superb

Don't like bath/ showers and this one was a little troubling due to lack of safety features. This is troubling for me personally.

Value for money superb. Great food in the evenings, simple but delicious. Nice breakfast. Joyce takes care of you and makes you feel at home. Nice space in the rooms and very clean. Lovely view out to sea and some nature. It’s not situated in the action, but if you want peace it’s ideal. 5 minutes drive into Marbella.

Bed was for me a little firm. But that’s the only criticism.

The views from the Terrace and pool areas were spectacular. The service and food provided by Marta and Joyce was excellent and our stay very enjoyable

The villa is beautiful, the terrace with an amazing view is very peaceful and the Dutch young lady in charge was very helpful and sweet. Breakfast was very good as well and the staff caring and sweet

Some of the rooms were small, mine was ok but my friend’s room too small
