Vasari Resort

We loved this resort. Beautiful, clean & comfortable. The location was perfect to walk downtown! The pool and gardens are stunning. Couldn't have hoped for better.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Staff are so friendly and attentive.Pictures on website are deceiving. The actual resort looks much better in person and the photos need updating

Patio doors can be hard to lockPoor outdoor lighting at night, especially by steps. My friend had actually tripped and twisted his ankle.

Staff was amazing, we could exchange some words, some cultural aspects of life around south Andalucia. I loved it.They were helpful, friendly and above and beyond. I truly recommend these accommodation.

It's not so close to Marbella City Center, but, dude, with those facilities, and if your intention is total relaxation, you don't see any cons in your trip. Everything else is a perfect A

the appartment is not more than 15 m2 and in booking you said is 40 m2 the check in is terrible all by email no people terrible service the toilet is so small even it is difficult for 1 person to take shower with so a little space

I liked the location and was accessible for many local amenities including my business meetings.

I didn't like what the staff had made me go through, I had paid by my amex card and the card transaction went through and accepted online however did not say they received it. I had shown them my bank statement transactions as proof. I had to find elsewhere along with my wife who was with my son in hospital and therefore had to make it an urgency that we had somewhere to stay as this place has taken my money and not given me the night that was owed to me.I stayed two nights and paid in cash and the third was by card online.I expect to be refunded the total amount of the third for something that I had to pay for another hotel and a taxi fare which didn't need to happen.I expect a response with immediate effect.Best regards Ay

Exceptional gardens and maintenance. Quality finishes on the interior. Quiet, but convenient, location. Everyone we met on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and sufficient kitchen equipment.

TV was on the small side, and not smart (so only Spanish channels available). Wifi wasn't strong in our room.

Attractive resort looking a little dated

In your description you mentioned breakfast was available for €6, The cafe was closed!!!No nearby facilities for breakfast on Saturday and Sunday

the room eventually was lovely. when first arrived the lady on reception was so rude..

the lady on reception. she gave us a room over looking the car park when we asked for a pool view room. when we asked her about it she said if you don’t like it why don’t u just leave. i was with my mum who was 75 so we just wasn’t going to leave

The location was perfect and value for money. Apartment although dated and a bit tired was large. I also liked that the underground parking was free as most hotels charge.

I feel the hotel is dated and has more potential as in general it’s a nice complex. cleanliness of apartment could have been better. The quality of the bedding could be better. On our first night there a few stag and hen partys and Loud ambience around pool
