    Pros +

    • Located in a renovated house in the old town. Really enjoyed the walk through the quaint streets down to the seafront, passing many cafes and restaurants. Very convenient for exploring the fascinating old town. Staff were exceptionally friendly.
    • Location was quiet, but so very central. Apparently the hotel has a few properties in the area, with differing facilities. Our room was small ( which was clear in the description), but tastefully decorated and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the linen good quality. Coffee machine in room. Shower worked well and there were toiletries provided. 24 hour reception and bags can be left after check out.The staff were very friendly and efficient. There is a small covered roof terrace for guests.
    • They gave us an upgrade and we absolutely loved the apartment we got!

    Cons -

    • Our room was on the top floor with no elevator. Hotel was quite difficult to find without a detailed map. Parking was in a public carpark 10 minutes away, costing 18Euro a day! The advert talked about a great view, but we overlooked an old storage shed!
    • The apartment was rather dark and it was fine for a short stay, but would like to have more light if I would stay there for a longer time, especially during summer.
    • Nothing not to like!

The people looking after this place provide exceptional customer service. The location in this part of Marbella was excellent - a new one for us. The property was a great size, well appointed and authentic and spotless. Would highly recommend.

    Nothing not to like!

I loved the location and the friendly staff.

The room was á bit small, the mattress in the bed was to firm.

Gorgeous apartment, extremely well equipped, stunning views, quiet area. The parking - very conveniently situated right next to apartment.

Wonderful location in the heart of the old town but on a quiet street. Everything you could want is within a 5 min walk. The staff was super helpful and friendly and we had a huge room which was very clean.

Great location. Friendly staff. Clean hotel. Room was tiny but we were aware of that in advance.

Inaccessible by car so if you have one the better plan is to book online (telpark.com) to park at “Marbella - Mercado de Marbella” then carry your luggage from there which is about four minutes walk from the hotel. The online rate in September 2023 was €9.95 per 24 hours.

Location was perfect and staff were amazing!!

It was small but worked well and exactly what we needed it for

    9RachelPosted on: 9-13-2023

The location, the cleanliness of the room, the great shower.

There could have been some water in the fridge.

Much of old Marbella town is vehicle free, the streets are narrow and it was very peaceful. Walking around the town and to restaurants is also very easy - and it's so pretty. The Reception desk gave us a free upgrade on arrival, from a double room to a two floor, two bedroom apartment, with a kitchen and a roof terrace off one of the bedrooms, which had a hot-tub.

Location and style and ground floor accessibility

Room slightly small bed whilst c comfortable bit too big for room Would have expected a complementary bottle water with price

    10FraserPosted on: 8-27-2023

Staff were very friendly, room was clean and Modern. Perfect location in old town, close to some great restaurants and not far from the beach. Could not recommend this place more highly

Excellent location for Old Town Marbella. Only stayed for a one night stopover to go to Starlite Occident - very easy to get to and fro from the hotel. In a quiet area too with no traffic which was a bonus!

I liked how Ben at reception welcomed me...and how helpful he was.He explained everything I needed to know about my room...and how he gave me a m ap of the area identifying places I could visit and restaurants.I was really made to feel at home..

There was nothing I disliked.Everything was perfect for me...

The staff (Ben and Boli, in particular) were really friendly and great to deal with - they provided helpful information and assisted us by providing a room to freshen up in after our check-out (as we had a late evening flight), which was very much appreciated. We had booked this accommodation at short notice as an error with Booking/a different hotel led to an unexpected cancellation, and we were happy to have found that the staff/room/location at this hotel were great. It is in the heart of the old town and an excellent location for walking around the old town and a short walk from the beach. The rooms are clean and modern.

Not much. Mostly positive. The room we stayed in might be a wee bit small for a longer stay and there is no balcony or outdoor area to sit out (although there is a very small porch-style area with patio door that is covered by a screen), but it was fine for the period we stayed (4 nights).

Excellent location.Close to the beach, bars and restaurants and yet located in a very chilled out area.Excellent value for money

No complaints here.perhaps lack of swimming pool but not at that very reasonable price.

    10FreddyPosted on: 8-18-2023

Ideal location, in the old town, in a quiet little street, just off a lane that is full of restaurants and cafes. And 10 minutes walk from the beach.Super clean and modern room, with spacious bathroom.Very friendly and helpful staff, chamber maids included.

    I prefer softer pillows…?

Amazing location in old Malaga which is beautiful - especially compared to the rest of it. The receptionist was lovely

We were in room 11 which was lovely but right next to reception so could hear people talking
