Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were spacious and very clean if showing slight signs of wear . Great location.

Nice pool with comfortable sun lounges, nice room with very good airco, friendly staff at reception and car parking (parking valet), the location is great, quiet room with super nice view facing the sea, breakfast is delicious. I can recommend the place and will be back.

Staff could be a bit warmer around the pool area (sometimes too distant or too friendly, (staff should be neutral).

The rooms were clean

Parts of the areas are closed (which we knew about) but they were not been maintained so those parts have become scruffy

Beach front location and really friendly helpful staff. Food was also lovely.

It’s a real shame that the bottom of the hotel isn’t open, it must have been a great place when it was. It was also not great that the pool bar wasn’t open and we had to go into hotel bar for drinks.

It was half closed, very run down and old. Needs full renovation. Our room felt damp and very ruff.

This hotel was decent, but it’s currently undergoing renovations, so some areas aren’t at their best. Overall, the property could use some updates, as it feels a bit worn. That said, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, which made a positive difference. However, I wouldn’t classify it as a five-star experience, and the beds were quite firm.

Excellent breakfast and location was great taxi were always available.

The room was tired it needed some work doing .And the same with the bathroom.

Nothing, but the hotel is looking a little dated in places but immaculately clean

Staff were so attentive, kind and caring. We arrived so late at night from a delayed flight- they did everything to make our checkin and our whole stay smoother and easier. They remembered us at breakfast every morning so we didn’t have to give our room number each time. They parked our hire car for us so we didn’t have to spend time looking for a parking space. Breakfast was fresh every morning with lots of options for adults and kids. The maids cleaned the room brilliantly and efficiently every day (removing all the sand from the floor!) The family room was very spacious.

It was a shame there was only one restaurant/bar open.

The hotel needs renovation; the rooms have an outdated interior.•The restaurant on the ground floor is currently closed.•Bars are also closed, and the entire ground floor is inaccessible.•Breakfast is served in the sports bar, in the lobby near the reception, and by the pool instead of the large dining area shown in the pictures on Booking.•The breakfast setup is in a very small space, nothing like what is shown in the photos.•In the evening, football was playing on the TVs in the sports bar, which was distracting during dinner.
