Hard Rock Hotel Marbella - Puerto Banús

Location is excellent. Walking distance to all my favourite shops, cafes, restaurants, gyms and nightclubs

The room was very noisy, and workers were carrying out construction activities within the property early in the morning without any prior notification. Additionally, the rooms are extremely small.

The room, the lobby with great ambience and music , the staff was specially attentive and nice, the pool is amazing, great breakfast. It is a perfect spot to visit Ronda , Marbella , Fuengirola , even Malaga. Always found free parking around the property ( low season)

It was quite difficult to cross the highway between the hotel and the beach area (with a continuous barrier for several kms.) The only way was walking trough an underground tunnel that didn’t feel safe. We had to walk too much to get to the restaurants in the beach area. Also the price of food &beverages was a little high , but this is common in Puerto Banús

The staff was excellent the location and the room. I love it . That is my spot next time I come Marbella.

Not enough exist, seemed like you could only come and go thru the main front door even thought the rooms were no where near that. Would have been nice to had access to leave by the rooms to the outside.

It’s not a walking distance friendly unfortunately it’s far away so we had to take a taxi every day

everything is very good except the location. The motorway is very close, but with the music most of the time quite loud around the pool, you won’t notice. In our room we couldn’t hear the traffic either. Building is in good shape . Room was great, big, comfortable, also in good condition except the aircon which was too loud. Breakfast and dinner is very good, we had lunch twice, once in the restaurant by the lower pool, once by the upper pool, that was good as well. Staff is super nice. Garden is beautiful. There were enough sunbeds in the unexpectedly hot last few days of October. Beach and the beautiful promenade is a 10 minute walk. Would definitely come back.

The pools are too shallow, not possible to swim. Coffee machine is not good enough, the coffees with milk have terrible taste

Friendly and very accommodating staff. Good breakfast and nice music being played. Overall a nice stay but there's other hotels in the area with more value IMO.Cool wristbands like when you go to a rave instead of a hotel keycard lol

I wrote in advance that I was going to propose to my now fiancé and asked if they could do as little as just writing a letter or making a silly origami out of the towels to make her feel special. They confirmed it on the email and phone, but when I arrived it was just a normal room. They told me it was too short of a notice with 1 day, and apologized. I'm not sure I'm buying that idea, and the least they could do was decline my request instead of giving me false expectations. Good staff though, I just think it was a misunderstanding that's all.

it was classed as an accessible hotel with pool hoist but this was not available. it was way over priced but I didnt mind as it was classed as accessible in the pool too, but this was not true very disappointing in August for a child in a wheelchair

Everything was great! The rooms are clean, the food is very good and varied, the pool is also clean and the water temperature is perfect. The hotel is well located and the staff is very attentive and kind.

Great location, rooms very comfortable, staff really helpful though bit understaffed (took while to get valet but once they got to us both were fantastic).

Food was over priced. We found great food at reasonable prices in surrounding restaurants.

The hotel is very good and the upper pool is really fantastic and you can enjoy more in this pool more than the other main pool , the hotel always has full capacity that’s why I think staff always are too busy , the check in and out was very smooth and good , but the housekeeping services are not this much good plus if u have any issue to talk with the reception they are not really good to handle , some of reception staff they need more training to deal or to talk with the guests , and some are good enough !!! For breakfast they have very limited options for Muslim and sometimes they prepare your eggs for the same pan they used it for pork , the staff they should know the basic issue which well known in all hospitality service every where about Muslims’s meals preference !! Over all our stay was honestly good

Everything was excellent - the location, the staff, the restaurants . They also had an amazing breakfast !!! Looking forward to having another vacation in this hotel .

NEVER AGAIN —- WORST HOTEL

We booked a suite category expecting comfort and quality, but got the opposite. Our “suite” had the worst view imaginable: garbage disposal area, staff smoking corner, and a noisy staff entrance right below our window. Not exactly what you’d expect from a so-called luxury hotel.Check-in experience was unsettling too – another guest told us she had been robbed by hotel staff, making us feel unsafe from the start. Management? Completely invisible. They hide behind closed doors instead of facing guest complaints.Housekeeping is a disaster. A glass was broken by whoever entered the room before us, and instead of cleaning it properly, they left glass shards all over the carpet. We had to carefully avoid stepping on them – completely unacceptable.The smell coming through the windows was terrible, and the air conditioning unit was filthy. Its filters weren’t just dusty – they had a thick carpet of dust. Imagine breathing that in for four nights straight. On top of that, the AC poured humidity into the room, making it even more uncomfortable.When I asked reception for a room change, the response was cold and unhelpful. No effort to solve the problem. Just the same dismissive attitude we experienced throughout.In short: four nights of misery. Poor hygiene, incompetent staff, absent management, unsafe environment, and no service recovery. Hard Rock Marbella is a total failure as a hotel.Never again – and definitely not recommended.

Clean place and near to the port and everything you need Ppl are helpful and awesome
