Small room in size but I understand as it's traditional European old

Fabulous ❤️ 1000000 out of 10 staff sensational ? ? breakfast Fabulous OMG beds exceptional so so clean stayed so fat 2 times this year back for xmas ? ? resent stay with my daughter she loved breakfast. We also loved cocktail bar 1 minute across from B51 cocktails ? out of this world ? xxxxxxxx

It’s close to everything, walking distance. Breakfast was good too

No coffee/ tea maker in the room. Also they don’t provide free water bottles daily.

I was really disappointed by my check-in experience. Upon arrival, I encountered the rudest receptionist I’ve ever dealt with. His name was Raed, and instead of simply answering my question about the possibility of getting our room before the check-in time, he dismissed me by saying he had “already told my roommate.” When I politely pressed for clarification, he chose to argue with me for nearly 10 minutes, repeatedly insisting he had already told my roommate, rather than just providing a straightforward answer—which would have taken far less time and effort for both of us. This behavior was unprofessional, unhelpful, and left a very negative first impression.

Location was excellent Staff were very welcoming and extremely helpful

No swimming pool

Location is the only plus for me.

Staff were rude. Breakfast was awful. Room had no kettle, No iron, no hot water at times, bar always seems to be shut. chipped tiles all on the bathroom floor. My wife cut her foot. Really wasn’t happy with it at all. Will definitely not be staying there again.

Problem solving by the staff was excellent. Location is perfect for wandering around. Parking in the basement.

Everything except they need to add tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.

It can be noisy at the front of the hotel as it’s right at the start of the port but didn’t bother us.

Location, value , breakfast and staff.

Noise from partygoers but it didn’t bother me much.

Perfect location

Breakfast was great mixture of continental and english breakfast, we sat outside on the terrace to eat. I wanted to stay here for a while its beautiful inside and out and right near the port entrance so not too far to roll back from the bars :-)

I paid for a double bed and on arrival I got 2 single beds. Totally shocking!!! I expect to get what I paid for. Ruined my trip
