No air conditioning - only heat end of April They mislead people on website by not indicating their air conditioning is seasonal. When you call the front desk they are rude. No ironing boards or iron

My sage was broken for the first 2 days

It is conveniently located across puente romano, but it is not walkable. Hard to distinguish how to exit the hotel by foot, it is mostly meant to be entered by car. No clear sidewalks

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and for 3 of those nights the elevator was out of service. My room was on the top floor (level 3 in Europe = level 4 in the U.S.), which meant climbing four flights of stairs every single time — extremely inconvenient, especially with luggage. A 5-star hotel without a functioning elevator simply cannot be considered 5-star.The Wi-Fi was also terrible. It constantly disconnected and was very weak throughout my stay. Despite complaining twice to the front desk and being reassured it would be fixed, nothing changed.On my first night, the air conditioning wasn’t cooling at all, and I woke up drenched in sweat. Thankfully, that issue was fixed the next day — but the elevator and Wi-Fi were never resolved.Service was disappointing as well. At the poolside restaurant, I sat for 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, despite trying to get the staff’s attention multiple times. I finally gave up and left.The hotel feels cheap overall. For over 700€ per night, I expected a true luxury experience, but instead found cheap finishes (basic tiles, no marble, 4-fixture bathroom instead of 5). The facilities and service do not match the advertised category or price.I sincerely hope the hotel considers offering a partial refund. A non-working elevator and Wi-Fi are unacceptable for guests paying this rate in a so called 5 star hotel. I also have video proof of the elevator not functioning. I will not return and will not recommend anyone to stay here.

not good nor bad, just for info but they don't serve alcoholic beverages at the pool bar nor the restaurant.they are very insistent on the check out time, even if the hotel is not fully booked. received 2 reminder notes of our check out date in room. on the day of our departure, we were leaving but received a call at 11:59 to remind is to vacate the room.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views of the mountains. Short walk to the beach.

Breakfast was good apart from the ‘hot food’ which was more cold than hot.

Really large, spacious rooms. Great location. Easy access to beach and v close to Marbella Club and walkway along the coast.

A bit tired. Checkin process was very slow - over 1/2 hr for a family of five - and not especially hospitable.

Everything overall was good especially the location .

I asked for a medical help and nothing was available even paracetamol . Also they dont have a doctor on hand . When i asked for help when i fell sick all they said is i should book a taxi and go.

Fantastic location, very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was great. Spa facilities lovely. Pool pretty chilly in April, but was nice it was open.

In-room fridges didn't work, construction noise from work being done in hotel courtyard. It's maybe not quite five stars but still reasonable value for money.

This is a non alcohol hotel which was not made clear on booking. Pool area doesn’t open until 11am. No value for money IMO
