Nothing, II was actually shocked.

The roof of our room fell off on our kid while he was on the bed lying. It could have made severe injuries.

Amazing staff and location. Great value of money

Events at the pool areas going on until midnight which kept us awake. Pool very crowded with cold water.

the hotel staff especially when we are check in they are not welcoming and not helpfull about anything, the room is full of ant, fly and everything, the room and furbishes are all old and broken , we stay 1 night but ı can not stand at all if it is too long, we need to check out before breakfast and it is all included but the breakfast begin at 7:30 , we leave at 7:00 but they dont prepare or help us to give a sandwich or coffee because they are all rude and dont care about anything, ı think they get group or tour from people so dont care other individual booking customer

The room was clean, quite large, with a good bathroom and the bed was comfortable

We were disappointingly turned away when we first arrived at the hotel after enquiring about a room for just one night albeit at quite short notice, but we left and drove to a location a mile or so just along the highway and made an enquiry on booking.com about the same hotel and found that we could book a room which made the situation a little frustrating! It felt a bit like a holiday camp and there were far too many people in the breakfast area which made it feel uncomfortable and sometimes chaotic!

Reception staff Inma was kind and tried her best to accommodate our requests and help

location, old facility, old rooms with no safe no private balcony and far away from beach and park. pics used to advertise are very deceiving

The pools were fantastic, the room clean and spacious. Program was nice too. Great with kids. Walkable distance from the beach. Restaurants nearby. Massage onsite.

Food not so great, location near a highway. Gym was a joke, had two broken cardio machines and some free weights.

You charge €22 for parking daily, while the rooms price is a bit high. Parking should be included.The Buffet (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). You could’ve made so much better food menu.Too much noise from people walking and talking down the hallway, and from the activities around the pool until late night.The room doesn’t look like the pictures on booking.comThe rooms smell bad and I asked the stuff to do something about it but they never done anything.

No bar inside that was open and pool opened too late in day it would have been nice to have a swim early in morning before staring work

Comfortable beds, restaurants 3 minutes walking distance (unlike what google maps shows 17 mins)

Breakfast can be way better (taste and quality) but you won’t stay hungry because there are varieties

More help assisting me I walk with a stick nobody told me where the ramp from my room was for easier access, the phone to my bedroom wasn’t working to get to reception, my room hadn’t been serviced one day, so I had to walk to reception to report these matters my room was serviced the next day, but not the phone and as I was on my own due to my husband being in hospital having an operation for cancer, I really needed to be able to phone reception if I needed help I stayed at that hotel to be nearer my husband.

a very short walk to Elvira shops, bar restaurant. Short walk to the beach, lovely restaurants by beach or place for just a drink. Excellent WIFI, nice spaces to sit in reception plenty of room and spaceHotel is geared towards families and there is a games room and a board of daily events for children.

No air conditioning or fan in room and found it difficult to sleep as was unable to leave the windows that lead to small balcony open to cool the room because of the noise with constant heavy traffic from the A-7 main road. Therefore a Fan or Air con needs to be in the rooms that face the main road so can sleep well.Some improvement has to be made to walk from hotel to Elvira extremely narrow pavement, with overgrown weeds. This is the slip road for cars to enter Elvira, so need to be vigilant.

we were stuck in the lift for 15 minutes. After that there was no notice of lift being broken

The pool was great, clean and bright rooms, with good AC and shower facilities. And the entertainment was good fun!!!

FOOD! Dinner time was quite a busy affair, which resulted in long queues and waiting for food to be brought out. The breakfast was considerably better, with a great selection of breakfast choices. I do understand that this is a big hotel at peak season so although dinner was not the best experience, I do understand that this may have been beyond the hotels control. But its food for thought and an area they could definitely improve.

Compared /experiences with other 4 stars hotel this is not at all a 4 star hotel . Swimming pool is not private for only hotel members. They also rent it for extern people.

GLENIS IS A STAFF MEMBER THAT DAMAGED MY BELONGINGS AND PUT US INTO DANGERShe grab my phone twice and smashed into a baby’s pram the second time she damaged my belongings . She is very rude and speaks badly infront of you in Spanish she is aggressive and she should not be working with the public at a hotel greeting customers bevayse she is awful and she has ruined my experience and my stay with the hotel. Management need to take this higher and they should reconsider her behaviour her actions and her role within the hotel
