Great location (2 minutes by foot from the old town, 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes by foot from the train/bus station), the room was quite had a nice balcony, the rooftop pool and sundeck was quite nice, the staff was friendly and communicative.

Location was great, walking distance to downtown and to the beach areas. The room was comfortable and clean, with a nice balcony. A little smaller than I expected, but it was nice. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, but it looked quite good and having a cafeteria on-site was very convenient. The views from the pool in the rooftop were spectacular! But the whole area needs a renovation. They have a room to leave your luggage if you arrive early or leave late, but it is not always locked. The staff at front desk were very helpful finding taxis.

The bathroom did not have conditioner and body lotion and when I asked in the lobby the staff was not very helpful. Also, they charge for pool towels. We didn't know and took our room towels. When we asked for new ones, they were reluctant to give them to us and we had to bring down the wet ones. The front desk agent refused to give me an extra one for my hair. Very disappointing.

Very clean, good location and services. Couple of minutes of walking from the frist beach and bus stop is very near. Also Marbella old town is nearby, which is perfect. Overall it is fine deal.

I didn't like that beds are "subject to availability" and that you don't know if you can have a double bed until the day you arrive, but we got the double bed, so it was good in the end

When booking this hotel in the description of the hotel it says that parking is available at the property but for 52 rooms they only have 4 parking spaces,I wound up paying 62 Euros for parking a block away also if you want to use the safe box they charge you 2.50 Euros per day,all this should be included when advertising this property so people know what they are really getting

Had a really fantastic 3 nights stay here, the location are excellent both to old town and the beach. Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful. The room are big and spacious which didn't expect that at all from the look on the outside. Good size pool and view. So far very happy with everything there. We will definitely come back here again.

My bed was a little bit soft for me. Breakfast is OK, could add more options with hot food.

Great central location close to the Old town and few minutes walk to the beach promenade. It was close to major touristy attractions as well. Restaurants, bars and cafes aplenty. Supermarkets nearby. Very friendly and polite staff. Spacious room. We booked a one-bed apartment. All required faciities included in it.

Breakfast could have been a bit better. Not many options.

Don't make our mistake: buy parking in advance because it was an absolute nightmare to park every time. Don't get the breakfast, cheap as it is, there are so many good places for food in walking distance

Very nice hotel for a short stay in Marbella. Good location close to the city center and the beach. Our room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, not a lot of options, but fresh and tasty. They have private parking, but you can park on the street nearby as well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Value for money is excellent. Overall, we would recommend Ona Marbella Inn.

The mattresses and pillows leave much to be desired.
