The high end room was magnificent I enjoyed it the only downside no windows only upstairs

nice hotel, rough location

is in a real real rough area next to a massive block of high-rise flats full of dodgy looking characters be careful walking there late at night on your own.

comfortable beds, roof terrace, that's all I can say

first of all I wouldn't call it a hotel but a hostel. in a room without a window you couldn't breathe even though there was air conditioning. the tv lost signal, we felt like in prison, when I asked about resignation they refused to refund the money. "jacussi on the terrace not working, although it is shown in the pictures and it is in the offer, at night noises and sounds of having sex, no parking, no elevator, I can't recommend this hostel.

Great price, clean and staff was very friendly. The upper deck was modern and great night time view, bar and atmosphere-very relaxing.

Room size was small but adequate; bathroom sink extremely small; sink soap dispenser was broken and lack of regular towel holders. Pizza was not very good. Rooms were noisy.

Pleasant

No ventilation at all no windows, felt a little crostrofobic.. switched on the aircon for a little air it made noises and switched on but was not spitting out air at all.. apart from that everything else was brilliant !

Absence of windows, staff did not speak English, dirty neighbourhood, tv with no tv signal, toilet behind glass doors

Cheap-ish

The hot tub wasn’t open as advertised. Terrible location in a trading estate. Extremely noisy.

10 minutes to beach and bus stop close by to go to town.

Nice and friendly staff, correct room for the money. Modern small and simple, easy parking.

SOme of the rooms dont have any windows and this dont show clear when you book. The area is an industrial area so in the night it dont feel to safe to walk alone, taxi or car is recommended.

Nothing was good in the property

Anyone goes to Marbella if you choose this hotel you will ruin your vacation, the hotel located far from city center, it’s very dirty area between garages and industrial area. The price is very expensive, no windows in the room, the jacuzzi is not working properly. If you choose any 2 stars hotel close to the beach better than this. Even walking to there is hard because the street is very high and long you will be using taxi’s.

the rooms don’t look like the pictures, were unhelpful with late or early check in & out, music booming all night, basic and too expensive

I would say it was below average but the price we paid was decent. •the bed was comfy

•awful area surrounded by car repair shops and homeless people (we felt scared walking around there)•upon arrival there was no one at reception so we were stood outside pressing the buzzer for 10 minutes. A cleaning lady answered and spoke no English but after Google translate and her phoning her manager we had the option to pay $30 to check in 2 hours. We did this as we were tired from the flight and didn’t want to be waiting around that area. •once taken up to our room we were very disappointed with the size, the decor and the cleanliness. We could barely walk around the room as there was no space (especially once there’s a suitcase in the room too), the decor looked nothing like the pictures and the room was cleaned to a low level standard. •the walls were paper thin, you could hear everything going on in the hotel all night long and expect party goers to be playing music and getting back at 5am/6am.

It met my requirements in respect of location, easy check in, cleanliness and bed comfort. The room was a bit smaller than I’m used too, but I was alone with no luggage so it wasn’t an issue. It’s fairly close to the beach (easy walking distance) and there’s plenty of places to eat nearby (if you look). There’s also a pretty decent supermarket located nearby.

The rooms are a bit tight and the shower cubicle is a bit of a squeeze to get in and out of.

The hotel was conveniently close to Marbella's center. The room was very clean and modern, the staff were friendly and courteous, and the hotel itself appeared to be quite new.

The room had no windows facing outside and there was a noticeable smell of smoke, suggesting that the previous occupant had been smoking in the room.

Staff was super. Beautiful big rooftop terrace.

My "deluxe" room came without windows!?But truth is there wouldn't have been much to look at anyway, since the facility is in industrial district and the street is full of rubbish. The bed was squeaky and walls are thin.

New furnitures.

You hear everything from your neighbours. Too much noise.No windows, no fresh air. Ventilation system of bathroom was desolate, the hot steam after showering stayed for a long time.

Apartment was very clean and had everything you need to make ones stay comfortable. The terrace bar / rooftop has amazing view of the town and sea. It’s open 24/7 so a cool place to enjoy with friends and enjoy a drink or two or theee ?

Though it’s an industrial area, it’s perfectly situated to everything one needs, shops, supermarket all within walking distance.
