Hotel San Luca

Very good location near the Arena, nice staff. They carried my bag up to my room for me which was very nice of them. Nice and clean room interior

The only downside was that the WiFi wasn’t working during my stay. They were nice though and let me have some free drinks from the minibar to make up for it

The staff and the rooms where great

There was no wifi at all. We really needed to have connection but it was impossible. They didnt even try very hard to fix it nor offer a discount.

Everything was clean, Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was very good.

The hotel was in a great location.

The air conditioner did not work and the room had poor sound proofing.

Parking near the center is rare and they offer a small garage at the edge of the ZTL, as close as it gets. The hotel is as close as it gets to the arena without having to pay a huge price. The staff is very kind, the place is clean and really luxurious for the price.

Excellent location near old town, friendly staff, room was clean and had everything we needed.

No hot food option with breakfast buffet

Perfect location, welcoming staff, nice breakfast. My room was clean and well organized with a comfy bed. There were a fridge and a kettle with some coffee/tea bags. I could feel the smell of baking pastries coming through the ventilation in the morning.

It was a bit cold even though I turned the heating on.

Fantastic hotel don't be put off by the 3 stars. Staff, location, rooms and breakfast all excellent.

I travelled alone so it was very important to me that it felt very safe. Location is excelent, it's close to all main attractions and breakfast was very good with great coffee. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.I also loved the fact that you have to leave the key at the front desk when you go out , one less thing to worry about plus it adds to the safety feeling. Rooms are very clean, quiet and cosy.

We loved the location and facilities of the room. Quick check in, reception available 24/7. Fresh breakfast, basic but good. Exceptional cleanliness, great tea in the room, smell good, quality towels.

The room was clean. Staff were friendly. The location is close to the attractions.

The shower is extremely small — if you have a larger body, it might be uncomfortable or even hard to fit. The hotel had the AC turned off, and I tend to get warm even in the fall, so I had to keep the windows open. However, in the morning, the street noise can be quite noticeable with the windows open.

Nice hotel very well located on fairly peaceful small road right in town and just at the edge of all the sights. Rooms decorated with taste and well kept. Quite. Staff very helpful and pleasent. Good breakfast with plenty of choices.

The hotel is in a great location - very close to Piazza Bra, the arena and great shopping streets. The whole centre of Verona, nestled in the bend of the river is on your doorstep and very easy to access. Staff all really friendly and had a print out of recommended restaurants - although the quality of food looked excellent everywhere - and were happy to help look up train times, etc. A great hotel, in a prime position within the wonderful location of Verona. For trips outside of Verona - then Venice and Lake Garda are within easy reach.
