Location was perfect and the staff was great.
I choose this hotel SPECIFICALLY for the location and Price. When I went to check in they told me my room was across town in their annex location but this was no where to be seen when I picked the location on YOUR map. it cost and extra $40 euro!
The staff were superb from the receptionists to the porters/waiters/bar staff/cleaners. We would like to thank them for looking after us so well.

What a great hotel. The room, the location and especially the staff were all excellent. We were treated very well and enjoyed our stay.
We loved the hotel. It was centrally located and was easy to get around to all the nice places including the coliseum. We were upgraded to a Jr. Suite when we arrived and it was beautiful. We had a jacuzzi in our room, seating area, and a king size bed.
Extraordinary service! Left for Venezia and forgot to open the safe...Palazzo Victoria arranged to deliver our passports and valuables the next day. Thank you GM and staff. Will definitely recommend to our friends.

Nice and large roon. Good staff. Good locetion.
The free shuttle service.
The breakfast for 3 euroes was the best breakfast I've had on my trip in Europe (on a backpackers budget). Good coffee, good pastries, eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, cereals. The room I got was huge, with a king size bed for a couple euros more than hostels

Our two-night stay at Due Torri was simply wonderful. The hotel?s location is superb?nestled in a historic building with beautiful architecture that blends perfectly with Verona?s romantic vibe.
The location was perfect -- away from the hustle bustle but not too far! Gorgeous building, great service and lovely rooftop bar/restaurant were all just right.

If you are catching a train at the station in the morning and want to walk to the station, avoiding the unreliable taxi services, this is a great hotel. A bit of a walk to arenas and other areas but flat & easy!
Close to the train station with breakfast at a good price. Also within walking distance to the city center, though about a mile away.

5-10 minute walk to train station, easy access to Scaglieri Bridge and the heart of Verona and its other treasures. NO major traffic on the small street below; quiet except for the rushing canal below our tiny balcony. Good buffet breakfast downstairs.

Top Tips
- Verona’s ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone) covers most of the historic center and is enforced by cameras at all hours. Register your car’s license plate at hotel reception during check-in, as unregistered entries result in automatic city fines. Hotel concierges can arrange this on arrival, which is especially helpful at chain hotels with multilingual staff.
- The Aerobus from Valerio Catullo Airport to Verona center runs every 20 minutes and takes 20-25 minutes. At approximately €6 per trip, it is the most predictable public option. Tickets can be purchased in advance online or at airport machines; ask front desk staff to advise on the best departure point for your arrival terminal.
- It is a 1.0-1.2 km walk (about 10-15 minutes) from Verona Porta Nuova station to the Arena. Booking your stay in the Porta Nuova area saves the walk and avoids restricted driving in the ZTL. Many hotels offer porter or shuttle service; confirm options in advance if you have heavy luggage.
- Opera season (June to September) and major Fiera events like Vinitaly drive hotel demand and rates up, with rooms often selling out 1-4 months in advance. Book early, especially for centrally located hotels, and consider loyalty program early-access rates. Check your confirmation email for cancellation policies.
- Rooms facing the Arena or Piazza Bra can have crowd noise through 23:00 or later during event nights, especially June to September. For quieter stays, request courtyard or higher-floor rooms when booking. Some hotels offer soundproofed windows for premium rooms; confirm availability if this is important.
- Many historic center hotels have steps or narrow hallways. Confirm step-free or elevator access before booking, as this is important for guests with mobility needs or large luggage. Request accessible room types if required; chain hotels typically guarantee these if booked directly.
- Private parking is uncommon in Verona’s historic center. Expect to use paid public garages or hotel partner valet services (average €18-€28 per day, approximately $15 to $30). Always verify daily rates and walking distance to your hotel. Major chains may pre-book spaces for guests if requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Municipal tap water in Verona meets Italian potable standards and is safe to drink. If you have allergies or medical reasons, request filtered or bottled water when booking; many chain hotels provide complimentary daily bottles for premium rooms.
- If arranging transfers with a rental or private driver, ensure your hotel registers the vehicle’s license plate for ZTL entry before arrival. Provide vehicle details in advance to avoid automated fines; concierge desks at major hotels routinely assist with these steps.
