- What a great hotel. The room, the location and especially the staff were all excellent. We were treated very well and enjoyed our stay.
- We loved the hotel. It was centrally located and was easy to get around to all the nice places including the coliseum. We were upgraded to a Jr. Suite when we arrived and it was beautiful. We had a jacuzzi in our room, seating area, and a king size bed.
- Extraordinary service! Left for Venezia and forgot to open the safe...Palazzo Victoria arranged to deliver our passports and valuables the next day. Thank you GM and staff. Will definitely recommend to our friends.
