not the hotel's fault.... but the exhibition which i was attending was almost 1.5 hours away ... so very tedious for me to travel everyday. the Bus service from the hotel to the exhibition center required advance booking which i was not aware.... wish i was informed by the hotel of this advance booking....

Everything was good. About 10 minutes to and from the train station by taxi. About 15-20 minutes walk to the centre of Verona.

Beautiful and very clean hotel. Breakfast included and tons of choices. The Spa was private and peaceful. Excellent wifi service that is included. The location is fabulous, a 5 min walk to Piazza Bra. Definitely recommend.

I was with my wife and we liked everything about this hotel. The room was very good and very clean. The private SPA was fantastic. The staff was very polite and well trained. The location is also very close to the city's historical center.

The staff were extremely friendly throughout our stay, and they did a very good job with the honeymoon package that was prepared for us.

Nothing significant, the fitness center could have included more devices to have a full proper indoor workout.

Great hotel, unfortunately i was there only one night but if ever decide to go Verona again surely know where to stay, great location, parking garage need reservation, very comfortable and clean

The hotel was very nice, clean and definitely worthy of the 4 stars.Tea/coffee making facilities in the room was good.Bed was comfortable and the view from the window was nice.Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection.Sadly we only booked this hotel due to our flight being cancelled, if we had discovered this hotel when booking we would have stayed here for our entire trip to Verona.

Other guests slaming their doors very late at night however this isn't the hotels fault.

Beautiful hotel with nice and spacious rooms. Varied and very good breakfast. Staff is friendly. Great location. They also have parking. Highly recommended.

Hotel near the center, the personál was very helpfull, kind and really Nice.

The breakfast was poor compared to the other services in the hotel. 1 or max 2 types of vegetables, warm buffet only With sausages and scramled eggs but 2 times out of 4 we need to wait for It, bacon often gone. Variety of the sweet bread, but missing the normal one

The hotel was one of a kind considering the staff service, ambience, food, facilities and location. The interior design of the rooms speaks Italy - elegance & finesse.
