I loved the location and the service. Hotel empllyee was terrific and exceptionally helpful. The housekeeper was very helpful as well, she was also in charge of breakfast and was very kind and attentive.

I would have preferred a room with a window to the main street, but that is just a matter of planning. No. There is nothing I didn't like.

This is a beautiful little hotel perfectly situated within a short walking distance from both Verona Central Station and the cultural centre of Verona itself. The staff are amazing, so welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Beautifully and simply decorated and a wonderful array of freshly baked food choices for breakfast.

This Quaint hotel is in an excellent location and close walking distance to main attractions in Verona. The front desk staff, Leonardo, was exceptional and the friendliest front desk I have ever come across. He was genuine, sincere, and so helpful. He helped us with a walking itinerary which was excellent and answered all our questions. He made this hotel stay one of the most memorable ever. Thank you so much !!

Family run. Wonderful service. Clean. was like staying at my parents home… clean comfortable and very friendly. Loving and kind staff. I visit my family every year in Verona and will definitely stay here again!

Lovely family-run hotel in a perfect location, just a short walk from the Verona Arena. The rooms are clean and comfortable, breakfast is varied, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. A perfect choice for a stay in Verona!

Very clean basic room which was exactly what I needed for my very short stay. There was a warm family feeling when I checked in and it made me feel safe as a solo female traveler.

The recommendation to eat in one of the very large touristy restaurants/pizzerias in the square. I walked around a bit and found a delicious spot full of Italians & no food photos in the menu

The hosts were absolutely wonderful – friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. There’s free parking behind an electric gate, which felt very safe and convenient. The whole place has a warm, family-like vibe that makes you feel at home right away. The location is excellent, and we loved the cozy sitting area right on the street.

Not the end of the world, but the elevator doesn’t start from the ground floor, and there are a few stairs to reach the room. The space is a bit dense, though still manageable for a couple.

Lovely family run hotel. Friendly staff and superb breakfast. Nice china too! Room was comfortable with everything we needed. Location is very good - just a short walk in one direction from the train and bus stations and in the other direction to the main square where there are plenty of restaurants and where the Arena is located.

We couldn't get the air conditioning to work .. could have been user error though!

The Sunday waiter at breakfast was unprepossessing to say the least and spoiled the nice family business vibe.

I really recommend this hotel! The room is quite spacious and the bathroom has a shower, everything was very clean. It’s a family hotel and they make you feel like part of the family. The breakfast was tasty and enough to start the day. The best part is their kindness and hospitality. The location is also great, about 10 minutes from the train station and 10 minutes from the old town.
