Breakfast was fair. The location was great. Just a short walk to the old town.

The room was very clean and well maintained.

The room was unbearably hot, and it was not possible to turn the heating off. The blanket provided for sleeping was also too warm.Breakfast was weak: the sausages and boiled eggs were cold, and some of the food did not seem fresh.This was the only hotel during my trip to Italy with such restrictive check-in and check-out times (15:00–10:00), resulting in a significant loss of usable time.

Stuff really helped us a lot. We coincidentally booked for the wrong date. And they accommodated us without a problem.Also, they were also super helpful about the cityI would always try and book here when in Verona

It was a spacious room, with balcony, good location very close to the train station and the arena.. the staff were nice, good value of money

Unfriendly morning afternoon female receptionist.Very poor quality breakfast.

Proximity to the train station. Easy checkin/out. They stored our bags. Very convenient.

My hotel room is big and beautiful with a large and nice bathroom. The hotel breakfasts were excellent and delicious. The staffs are great and helpful. I had a wonderful 2 days stay!

Breakfast good. Rooms clean. Great central location.

Had booked for 7 nights. Room too hot and air con did not appear to work. Had to call Reception a number of times to get temperature adjusted. Hotel starting to look run down. Bedrooms could do with an upgrade. Clean but old and frayed towels supplied every day. Jacuzzi in bath did not work. Some days room not cleaned until after 2pm but Reception made a big deal of not allowing us check out any later than 10.30am saying they needed the room. Grudgingly gave us an extra 30 minutes. Lobby area of hotel is nice but rest of hotel needs updating. Oh yeah, smell of bacon frying very prominent in the hotel from about 6.45am onwards until after breakfast each day. Wouldn't like to be muslim or jewish getting this smell everywhere! Poor extraction fans in kitchen obviously.

Location is great. Breakfast is good. Room is clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Private parking available.

The only redeeming qualities of this property are the location near the train station and the breakfast.

The room was dirty with mold in the shower. The cord to the outside blinds was broken so we could not darken the room. The knob to turn on the overhead shower would not engage. The staff was indifferent at checkin and checkout.

Smell of the room (smoke). Noisy due to busy road. Mediocre breakfast. Did not look like pictures on booking.com. None of the pastries as shown, cold bacon, no personal service, music channel playing when it would have been nice to have a peaceful breakfast.

The room is quite spacious, and the breakfast is good compared to the typical standard in most European countries.

The hotel is relatively close to the train station, about a 10-minute walk, though it's a bit farther from the main attractions. The front desk service could be improved, and the luggage storage area is unattended with the door left open, which makes guests feel uneasy.

Air conditioning that doesn't work during summer season in Italy is really terrible. When I claimed the situation to the reception, their reaction was "it's out-of-control and we are waiting for the technician". I requested the room change but they kept saying 'all rooms are fully booked." No more negotiation.

Good location, clean..

I have asked to delay check out for 1 hour and they want to charge 25e. Simple answer is we can or we can not, nobody extra charging.
