To start with - Adele in the breakfast room is the crowning glory here. Fantastic customer service ! She is a lovely woman and genuinely likes people. I wanted to just sit with her and have a nice conversation. Good breakfast. The hotel is in the best location. It's tucked away on a side street behind Piazza delle Erbe so you're right in the middle of things without the noise. Very good value. Nice, big room. Comfy bed. The hotel itself is kind of basic but it had everything we needed. I would most definitely stay here again. If for nothing else, to say hi to Adele!

A really exceptional short stay for four nights. All the staff made you feel most welcome a special shout out for the reception staff, Adele in the breakfast room who was always cheerful and made the most lovely cakes and exceptional coffee which made a great start to the day. The cleaning staff were always friendly and very good at their job. Overall a great stay.

Nothing around our stay and if the opportunity came up to revisit we wouldn't hesitate to do so. The first time of finding can prove a little difficult due to the side road location but you can soon find the short cuts.

The perfect location right in the heart of Verona, walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Super friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was a beautiful selection of hot and cold dishes along with traditional Italian desserts. Highly recommend.

The room was small, but it was comfortable and it had everything I needed. There was a glitch on one day when my coffee and tea facilities were not refreshed until I had asked twice

The staff is amazing as well as the location, bedding, bathtub and comfort- Also, very good coffee specialty’s and breakfast!

The room and circulation area was in desperate need of a refurbishment. Decoration as a start.The bathroom needs complete refurbishment. The shower was leaking, mastic had mould, and needed replacement.Basin was cracked, and all sanitaryware needed replacement.

Very pleasant staff. The receptionist was very helpful in looking at alternative ways to reach our next destination in view of the national transport strike and making the necessary arrangements for us. Very good breakfast and service.the hotel is in an excellent central but quiet location.

Location was fabulous. But the room was great, breakfast exceptional and the staff very helpful and above all welcoming. I would not bother to look elsewhere in Verona for A hotel and hope to go back. It was a great hotel small with perfect facilities and staff.
