Everything was lovely, a great hotel with a perfect location. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities and the room were very well maintained. Pretty and comfortable. The breakfast was a highlight, with a lot of options and very friendly staff.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, immaculate inside, friendly, attentive staff, beautiful breakfast and unbelievable location! Couldn't ask for a better place to stay to explore the city.

Consider yourself lucky and privileged once you stay at this hotel,especially at room 230!Rosa at the reception will guide you with a smile ,stuff very polite,5 star breakfast with fresh products and sweets,Immaculate cleaning.Soundproof and warm rooms.Great view to the arena!10 minutes by foot from citedella parking .Right at the start of the padestrian street with all the famous magasins.5 minutes from Julietta's house and many nice restaurants nearby.Strongly recommend!

Breakfast so beautiful but missing anything fresh (tomato, cucumber, lettuce).No parking as in ciry centre.

We had an overall nice stay at Hotel Bologna. The room was comfortable and clean, and the facilities were spotless. We appreciated having a kettle with tea and coffee in the room. Location is 10 out of 10.The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also kindly stored our luggage after check-out free of charge, which we really appreciated.

In the evenings and in the mornings, there was sometimes an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, likely related to the plumbing.

The property is exceptional. Perfectly located to traverse Verona taking in all the major sites. The parking is located nearly and we were able to park first and unload our luggage. Access for the street is enabled by the hotel.

There is literally nothing to dislike. You will not be disappointed. It will be a memorable experience.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just few steps from the arena. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was great. The rooms are clean and beautiful.

Very close to the centre of Verona. Easy to walk to most places. Bikes available to borrow. Quiet room, didn’t hear much noise from neighbouring rooms. Very nice fixtures and fittings particularly in the bathroom. Nice to have a second room in the suite.

Can hear noise from the hallway. Would not recommend staying in the offsite property which is significantly less warm and a bit tired. Had some difficulty communicating with the staff, particularly when trying to organise laundry (which didn’t happen in the end).

Bathroom : several issues with the bathroom (the door was broken but rapidly changed) and the shower ( difficulties to use it)

The room and location was perfect. We were offered bonus space for no extra charge. The woman at the front desk who greeted us was extremely helpful and very nice.
