Excellent location

Nothing stands out. Location great! staff great. room comfortable. Breakfast, something for everyone.

Room was a little small, but to be expected in central Verona.

the windows are not sound proof...expect to hear cleaning vehicles at street level from 4am onwards.

This place is wonderful - the room is comfortable and a nice size and clean . It feels like you are truly hosted and the I enjoyed the warmth of Italian hospitality . It feels family run and all the staff are so pleasant. Breakfast is superb. I want to come back and stay a month !

Everything was good

Great little hotel to use as a base for exploring the city. Perfect location and staff were really helpful with suggestions of places to visit and useful info on booking tickets.

No complaints, although it would have been nice to have a coffee machine/ kettle to help ourselves to hot drinks at breakfast as sometimes had to look for staff to ask.

The staff was lovely. The room and view were great as was the breakfast offerings and terrace dining.

The location was centrally located but overlooking the square which was quite noisy well into night/early morning. Earplugs can solve this problem as otherwise the location is great.

The family run hotel was so friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent, especially the selection of fruits.

On arrival we were surprised that we had to lift cases up to reception area. Staff took care of cases on departure. The staff also provided cushions for the opera attendance

Location is perfect for exploring the old town of Verona. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Facilities in the room could be improved: a box of tissues is now standard in hotel rooms but none here. Lack of hooks in the room. And the structural arrangement of our room was curious: llying on the bed you could see the person on the toilet! Frosted glass obscuring the view would have been welcome.

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast which you could eat inside or on the terrace -a lovely way to start the day overlooking Piazza Erbe. Undoubtedly the location was excellent, just off the piazza and about 7/8 minutes walk from the arena (great at the end of a late opera!)

You can’t beat the location or the very helpful and friendly staff! The breakfast has a really nice variety and, when the weather is nice, the hotel has the perfect outdoor seating option which overlooks the square.

Some of the bedding is “tired” but the beds are comfortable and it’s really barely worth a mention.

We loved this hotel right in the centre of Verona. It was a 2-minute walk to Juliet's house and a 5-minute walk to the Arena to listen to the Opera. The location couldn't have been better, overlooking the market square and the clock tower. The staff were really helpful and recommended places to eat.

Nothing, the hotel was a great choice.
