Hotel Siena

Nice personnel.

Unclear information of the air condition user interface.

Location, well placed from the train station and medieval town. Single room a good size and comfortable.

Cleanliness. Some of the staff (all the ladies)were extremely helpful.

The size of the bed in the single room. Also, not enough charging points in the room.

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly. Recommended me different things.

The location was great and they let me leave my luggage well before check-in. The staff was very friendly and the room was really nice. I’d definitely book again.

Worm hotel lovely people and near the center.

It was a little small but it did everything that I needed it to. It was in a great location and very easy to get around. Beds were comfy. Staff were excellent.

Young lady on reception during the day spoke excellent English, was very helpful and had time for a quick chat.

Location cleanliness and.coziness of rooms

I already suggested offering more flexible check-out times instead of the single option until 5 PM with a 50% surcharge. Additionally, an earlier breakfast service (starting at 7.45) would be appreciated to enhance guest experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely exceptional—perfect if you want to be right in the heart of everything. The hotel offers everything you need for the money you pay. Our room was quite small, but if you’re mostly using the hotel to sleep, it’s not an issue. Breakfast is simple but nice, and the hotel is super clean. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the pillows—we only had three between the two of us, and they were very flat, which made sleeping a bit uncomfortable.

The lack of pillows

Good location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast.

Noisy. Room located on corner facing roads so heard traffic but fortunately this was not busy during the night.

Breakfast was good, with lots of diffrent choices and at reasonble hour. The room was okey, lots of room for the price and the AC worked fine. The staff was friendly and always there to help. Also location is perfect, 5 min walk to the old center.

The bathroom was on the smaller side, and the shower still had thouse curtains that cling to you during showering. Also maybe a little carpet beside the bed would be a good idea, because the tiles are a little cold.

Very good location. 5 min walk to train and bus stations, 5 min walk to Arena de Verona. Staff very friendly. Very clean room. Not noisy area at all. Fresh air in the room and outside. I sleep very well there. I stayed in this hotel a little of times and highly recommend.

Staff were very good. My sister and I stayed here in February and it was very conveniently situated in easy walking distance between the Centre and the railway station.

Location, comfortable and clean room, good staff

Good

Given the price, the room is missing a lot of things. There are no slippers, no kettle, no water, and no shelf in front of the sink. Strange. It’s not worth this much money.

Good location, quiet street, 24 hour reception, was able to leave luggage in advance of checking in.

The WiFi did not reach the room. The beds were rather hard.
