Pros +
- Great location, easy 5 minute walk from the taxi drop-off area. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! Right in the center of everything. AMAZING that we were able to be Juliet's courtyard in the morning and evening with no tourists!
- Clean room , wood floors, super comfy bed and linens.
- Location, jaccuzi tub, fluffy bathrobes - very elegant!
Cons -
- That we couldn't stay longer.
- Car got bashed in outdoor parking although attendants do all the parking. Odd... A hot cereal option at breakfast would've been most welcome.
- Did not like the crowd to push through for checkin- I understand that the lobby is at the entrance to Juliette's balcony (a part of the reason why I booked) but it was a nightmare to get through and ruined the feel of luxury.
