Residence all'Adige

The room was as expected with a large balcony and it even had metal shutters that blacked out the whole room ! Noise was not an issue just the usual chatter in the morning from outside on the balconies, nice staff with a small bar and unground parking .

The kitchen area could do with an oven ! Microwave had a grill but there is no toaster or kettle so boiling water is in a saucepan on the hob and making toast was tricky , the gym was not part of the hotel so was an extra charge , quite a walk to town,

The provide parking and the room was spacious.

The bed mattress was bad and not comfortable as well as the pillows.

I liked the facility, the room, the hygiene, the terrace, the room's equipment, the comfortable mattress...I didn't have breakfast and I can't say anything about it. Excellent accommodation for the value for money. It is a little further from the center, about 25 minutes on foot, but the city is beautiful and worth walking through the streets. It is also good that there is a bus stop opposite the hotel and buses number 61 and 62 go to the center and are a great option to return to the hotel with them.

The rooms were cold. When I asked to turn on the heating, I was told that the heating in the rooms was central and connected to the heating of the city of Verona. There were heaters in the lobby of the hotel that were turned on and it was very comfortable there, unlike the cold rooms. It is not right that the lobby where the employees are is heated, and the guests are freezing. There is a way to solve this by putting air conditioners in the rooms or possibly heaters. If it weren't for this, I would give the hotel a 10 rating

Location super convenient, apartment space was perfect (we were 3), staff very nice.

Towels were smiling bad, not enough shampoo, the kitchen was poorly equipped.

While the residence is not too old, the smell in the room is terrible. If you provide access to cook, please have also detergent and sponge available to wash the dishes.Advertised as luxury but it does not meet that at all. Suggest invensting in quality equipment such TV, iron, microwave etc.

The underground parking was convenient but a bit too tight for larger cars.

Big apartmant, has everything for perfect stay. Terrace big and wonderful view.

Perfect place! We stayed only 1 night ,on our way from France to our home in Serbia,and honestly I wish we could stay longer.Spacious apartment with all the equipment,comfort beds,huge balconies ideal for a late night drink and morning coffee.Quiet surronding,little birds singing in the morning and all that just 4 km from center of Verona! Would definitely recomend and will definitely return there as we want to explore more of Verona

This place has no mistake,everything was exceptional!

Clean, comfortable, spacious apartment. Enough space for the car parking, huge ''green'' area around the hotel, silent surrounding, people on the reception are friendly, explain the rules on check in and supportive in case something needed.

The price is reasonable. The accommodation is correct. The outdoor parking is good, but the garage is stressful because of the narrow spaces.

The garage is very narrow, we scratched the car.Staff is indifferent, without any emotion, they don't know how to say hello.We stayed for two nights, and between the first and second night no one came in to make the beds and clean the room. One night there was a strong wind, there was so much noise from the balcony doors that didn't seal well that it seemed like there was a tsunami outside, and we couldn't sleep.

Perfect place to discover Verona and the region! Very clean, comfortable and spacious apartment in a modern building with a private parking and green nice zone. 30 min walk from the city center, 10-15 min to the nearest restaurants. Nice and helpful staff! We liked our stay very much and definitely will stay again next time.
