Rochestown Park Hotel & Leisure Centre

did not vacuum room with crumbs on floor, lack of towels, did not change cups

Comfortable bed except for pillows, food very good.

No nets in window in our room only. Housekeeping just barged into room without knocking. Pillows are awful.

The room was very comfortable.Plenty of parking.Spacious hotel

The room was a little small, but i was a solo traveller

Was amazing very accommodating to all the family ages range from 2 up was a lovely hotel

The shower head in the rooms needs to be made so the water doesn't hit the wall I'm 5ft 7 and had to go on my tip toes in the shower to not get blasted in the face with the water

The pool was nice and the lobby was great to hang out in. The heated floors were a nice comfortable.

The place was dirty and the room was not cleaned well by room service. The linens were not clean. The towels were taken away and not replaced. Nothing was replaced. The pool had wired rules that limited access to it.

Didn't have breakfast!

The only thing was dust in fridge press in bedroom! Fridge clean! Otherwise all good

Excellent hotel establishment. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable and the staff are all decent people. The food and drink in the bar is of good quality. The area is well serviced by public transport and there is a shopping centre close by. The staff at reception will organize a taxi for you if you are looking for one.

Breakfast room needs to be signposted. Could use a vending machine for drinks and snacks. Other than that no complaints.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty, dinner especially was very good and had unusual options rather than the usual fair. The underfloor heating the bathroom was quite the luxury!

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, the springs were digging into my ribs the whole way across the mattress (so there was no way to avoid them). This was a pity as the room itself, including temperature was great.

Its situated in Douglas with 10 minutes walk from the hotel to nearest Mall where you can find evrething you looking for

At the entrance from the Main Street with the car its bad road and no lights so you dont know where you step if you like to walk around

Family room was very cosy , lovely bathroom and very clean .

Nice hotel and location.

The bathroom needed to be modernized - and we were told it was upcoming this year.

Not much. Very poorly run hotel, with very poor quality in their hotel. Rated way to high by hotels.com.

Poor quality rooms, bar, restaurant and overpriced hotel.

friendly staff good food

some of areas need a renovation on way to leisure centre etc

Very nice hotel. Recommended. Breakfast, location, SPA area. All splendid.

More fresh squeezed juice at breakfast and bigger gym.

Room had plenty of space for our family of 5 (2 adults & 3 teenagers). Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great outdoor patio for bar area. Fun front courtyard.

The bar service was somewhat slow and slightly inattentive.

The room was spacious and clean. They had an extra camper bed setup for us which helped with the kids. There was also a fridge, safe and under floor heating in the bathroom which helped drying swimming gear.

The only detractor was the pool. Its fine for babies (baby pool) and good swimmers (adult pool). I put arm band on my 6 year old but would have preferred a ramp or kiddies pool where he could touch the ground. Also jacuzzi was broken.

Friendliness of staff and the pool

Not flexible for the breakfast

The hotel is in a very good location to relax and close to the shopping. Good area spa. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you very much

Nothing all was perfect

We had a very positive enjoyable experience staying with you great facilities and an extra bed also . All the staff were so kind and helpful.

Possibly been close to the road but not bad really we had great views

Nice hotel on the outskirts of town. The hotel is more geared to a convention or event stay.

Over-priced for what you get. Also, the bar and restaurant are expensive for the quality of food and drink.
