- Great room. Great beds. Excellent restaurants and bars.
- The location at the centre of Lisbon and the breakfast was very good

Cons -
- The reception not responding to watsapp messages even in an emergency situation. Why have a watsapp no. if you will not respond?
- Layout was a little confusing
- One of the front desk agents was very rude.
