- I am American so I had problems with the language.the staff help me get taxis and such things,if I needed it.Me and my fiance left for Ukraine to get married.Green motor(car rent)abandon is there.they found us a room at 8 am.
- Lighting in the Bathroom was good. And the staff...from maids to the repair people were EXCELLENT

- Rooms with peeling wallpaper, mould in shower, poor light and uncomfortable beds. Unhelpful staff
- Air quality from the ventilation/cooling was suspect, the entire family constantly sneezing or a running nose. the TV channels they supply "Air TV" is useless,specifically entertaining kids or watching a movie at night Polish channels only.
