Customer service and staff are 10/10 and the breakfast was excellent.

Rooms are with a very heavy musky damp smell with mould on the windows. The extractor fan in the bathroom did not work and the AC had a salty urine like smell coming from it if used.The halls, reception and lobby are fine but the rooms themselves are a safety hazard risk.

Swimming pool open till late. Possibility to order supper until late. Very friendly staff

Quiet, clean and comfortable

It would be nice to have a few complimentary biscuits with the coffee/ tea sachets.

Check in was good (Thanks Vanita!). Room was comfortable. Breakfast was lovely. Requested extra towels which arrived promptly. Room warmed up once heating turned up. Bed was very comfortable.

Travelling with senior lady, bed was a bit too high for her to get into but we managed!

The property is close to town. It is clean and has comfortable bed. The staff are approachable.

The swimming pool has a small space for customer because of the lessons going on.

Room was spacious and extremely comfortable. Great pillows and not cheap rubbish ones either! Restaurant was lovely and good choice of food. Spa was amazing and lots of various treatments available. Swimming pool was nice with the hot stone beds, sauna and steam room.

Only negative was there was a school lesson going on in the swimming pool when I visited so it was a bit noisy and they were a bit splashy but if I'd known this beforehand I would have gone later once they had finished, but I still had plenty of room to do my laps on my side of the pool.

It was welcoming and the staff were lovely the entrance was clean and tidy and the room was good everything was excellent the food and pool excellent

The pillows were the worst if we had different ones this would be a 10/10

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times now and its always been great, until this last time. wont be staying again.

The hotel keeps introducing charges, there is now a charge to park your car and they also take a £50 deposit on arrival WHY?They say its so that if you want to charge anything against your room, well I don`t , I pay for it as I go so no thanks....they say if you don't accept you cant stay. its just a scam to take £50 off every guest save it in there bank and then, when you check out they tell you the £50 will be back in your account in 3 to 4 days WHAT! I wont be staying here again.On top of that our room , the fridge didn't work and the heating didn't work, we complained and was upgraded into a 3rd floor room, which was better, but having to move everything is just unacceptable. I would avoid this hotel and find somewhere else to go.

Very clean, presentable hotel, staff were attentive and polite. Comfortable beds and pillows, spacious bathroom facilities.

All staff including the lady who was cleaning ladies room in lobby was all kind and polite They went above and beyond they put a lovely desert and card in room for daughters birthday Breakfast was hot and clean with a great selection

the staff were friendly and very helpful all staff were attentive and professional the hotel was spotlessly clean.the food in the grill bar was of very high quality and the menu catered for our different diets.

we had three rooms as my nephew decided to stay the night all of our bed were very uncomfortable four of us had a very restless night tossing and turning to get comfortable. all of us had to take pain relief during the night and in the morning due to back ache .what should have been a relaxing stay was quite stressful and we did not feel rested. we had journeys home of over 200 miles and we were very fatigued by the time we reached home.

No walkin shower bathroom dated, decor not good sofa stained, tv channel menu didn't work , coffee machine not working. Carpet stained with vomit in hallway.
