- Location, friendliness of staff and excellent breakfasts.
- I liked the breakfast. The location was not bad.
Cons -
- No outlet close to mirror for using curling iron and no room phone.
- I asked the international adapter for recharging of smartphone's battery. But the staff told me to buy one at the vending machine with 5 pounds instead of borrowing one, even though the guidebook of the hotel says that they lend one to guests.
