Good clean property at a very reasonable price.

There could have been a few more healthy options on the menu.

Great location, The staff were all so friendly and helpful especially Reception. The breakfast was good and topped up. We especially liked the coffee machine and the Children enjoyed the hot chocolate. The Rooms clean and the beds and pillows were just right.

Unfortunately the lift was out of action for the ground floor while we were there. However for us we needed the Exercise

Cold room

Clean, fresh decor, good breakfast and friendly staff, a perfect overnight travel break!

We were a last minute late night booking with only half an hours noticed for the hotel. Poor driving conditions meant that we needed to stay the night rather than continue driving. Upon arrival we were greeted by such a fab gentleman behind the counter. He ensured that the room was ready for us and even made the baby cot up for us. Nothing was too much, he even offered us electric heaters for the room as it was a bit cold.

Just off the M4 - location is excellent for a stopover night. Plenty of parking space. Good value and a great breakfast included in the price.

We’ve stayed here a few years and notice some dated items such as the TV. Could be modernised to a wall mounted Smart version?

Breakfast was amazing, rooms spotless staff friendly and very helpful

Almost everything.

The lighting. It was SOOO dim. The main ceiling light was on the far side of the room instead of the centre of the ceiling, which was totally bizarre. Even with the bedside lights on, it was incredibly dim.

Location on M4 and it was clean and staff were accommodating.

Bed was awful not a wink of sleep to be had. Air con blasting hot air could not adjust so in the end I turned it off. Food in the evening (fish and chips) not good. Fish clearly a frozen battered fish was soggy battered and Luke warm.

Staff were helpful and friendly, car park well lit, room comfortable with usual facilities, nice to have charging ports next to the bed with a decent amount of power. Breakfast was decent enough with a good range of food. Evening meal was nice, quite quick to serve, and the price was competitive with local pubs/reastaurants etc. Given its a drive from the centre, it was nice to have the eating option on site. Whilst the hotel was very close to the M4, the traffic noise could hardly be heard. It was a few minutes drive to Wilkes and the designer outlet was equally a few minutes drive from the hotel.

Air con came on/off during the night, would be nice to be able to have a simple "night mode" on the controls but it didn't affect our stay. Scrambled eggs at breakfast looked a bit dry, but it is a buffet style thing, so its to be expected.

room was cold on arrival and aircon warm air was a bit noisy until you got use to it, Breakfast was ok, however when I ask for porridge they only had gluten free which was awful evening menu could be more varied

The staff were friendly and helpful, and they supported me with an early check-in as I was coming from a night shift. There was good free parking, and the location was not far from my place of work.

Although breakfast was served as a buffet, the selection was limited.
