Very clean. Great value. The staff was very accommodating. We stayed for 6 nights. Overall good experience. It is a bit of a hike to the train station but the cab service to the hotel is pretty quick. Overall recommend.

The staff at reception, the food, the pool, the amenities, the location and the cleanliness of the rooms.

Just some things to be sold like chips, drinks and little things like that

The welcome and hospitality was absolutely excellent by Niserine, she really was accommodating and helpful throughout our stay.

The only thing I would say is that the steam room wasn't working at the time of our use.

The bathroom preferably a shower screen instead of a shower curtain.

I liked the receptionist Nasserer, she was warm welcome, keen to ensure all guess were attended too.I complimented her on her professionalism

The staff are very helpful and polite. The room was great clean and spacious. We had access to the spa area (swimming pool, sauna, steam room) which was great, as it wasn’t too busy we were able to stay there for a while the staff were flexible about it. Really enjoyed my stay.

Location, facilities and amenities were all great

Dinner service was dreadfully slow. For whatvwas an empty restaurant, we had to wait far too long for getting our order and then for our food to be prepared.Breakfast was poor. For £22 per person, i would expect hot food not luke warm. The staff were quick to top up the coffee machine and male pots of tea but very slow in clearing plates. I wouldn't recommend

Nice hotel and room, clean and comfortable.

Always a friendly welcome. Nesrine on front desk was so lovely! Nothing was too much trouble. The staff in the bar are friendly and welcoming. Free parking is a huge bonus!

I loved the hospitality from Nisreen, she was very helpful and accommodating.

The shower. We had an accessible room and the water went everywhere when we showered. Making the bathroom very wet.

It’s well staffed .. clean … comfortable

Comfy room.

Windows on to an indoor area rather than outside wasn’t to my taste. Couldn’t open the windows for the same reason. Aircon / heating system was noisy and would have liked the option to shut it down.

Everything was lovely and smooth during our stay. We did think breakfast was expensive (£18 pp) but it was so worth it, the quality of the food and the choice was brilliant and the two children were free, (under 3) 100% was worth this cost. Spa facilities, bedroom and staff were amazing.

Drinks and restaurant food was pricey but to be expected due to location, other options are available and local though. We did have one meal and again quality of the food was really really good and tasty.

Location is brilliant for convenience when watching the game.

The furniture is out dated and we arrive at 8:30pm and were told room service we could order up to 9:30 so we tried to order at 8:50pm but no body picked up the phone. We tried ringing about 6 times and nothing.

Quick check in and friendly staff. Prompt bar and food service. Lovely steak. Breakfast was busy but plenty of food and all hot.

Only one downside, the beds. Very high and mattress topper very soft.

The cleaners didn’t clean up our room and we asked twice.

A friendly and welcoming location. The room is clean and comfortable.

The walls seem a bit thin, The children running around, whilst a normal daily activity, were very loud at 3am. We could hear talking outside

Great location , comfy rooms and friendly staff. Would definitely be staying again.
