Nice clean modern

The room and corridors Were freezing. You could adjust the temperature but fir the first hour we had to wear our coats

Hotel was very comfortable staff very friendly and helpful .Many thanks to Amie on reception.

We have stayed here twice and both times the cooked breakfast has been cold and unpleasant to eat .

Room excellent situated on ground floor, staff arranged this at last minute due to my husband's mobility issues. Room very clean, no problems at all. Breakfast excellent, very tasty.

We couldn't find anything we didn't like.

The room layout was lovely, immaculately clean and tidy. The restaurant food was delicious. The pool, although small, was lovely for a swim before dinner as well as the steam room.

We were in an executive room. We have a card in our room entitling us to 10% food and drink in Leo's bar. However, when we tried to use this in the bar, we were told that we couldn't, on 3 separate occasions. No explanation given.

Staff were helpful and friendly, rooms were a lovely size, clean and comfortable. We had 4 rooms as a larger family booking and all were happy with rooms.

The leisure centre was unfit for use. Water in the pool smelt so was quick to leave it. Steam room and Sauna not in use with tape around doors, was not shared prior arrival but clearly had not been working for some time.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful.Nice big room, comfortable bed, plenty of pillows and towels.Food and drinks in Leo's were excellent (adults and kids), pool was great (need to book a time slot).Breakfast was lovely. Plenty of choice.

Rooms had some minor cleaning issues. Signs of old gum stuck on the carpet, bed moved and there were crumbs etc that were not cleaned. Set out for 2 people, not 3 (though a simple request and a very friendly lady brought us extra cup, milk and biscuits immediately!

Nice clean. Staff are helpful. Bar, kitchen is nice. Good location. Valuable. Nice restaurant at night time. Morning breakfast is super. Definitely will be back for our next visit.

We got a special extra gifts for Valentine's day and 2 free bottles of water Every day in our room which was superb! Every day thé room was made up and we received new towels without asking. Something that is super rare these days ... Loved it!

Hotel is good and clean. Breakfast offers variety, though it could be changed over days (everyday is same food). Also, sausages may have an alternative without pork (chicken, for instance).

I stayed over 5 days and wanted to extend the stay for 1 night. But to ask 380 pounds for 1 night in a standard room is too much. Even though it was Valentine's day, the hotel was not packed. So, no loyal attitude to clients.

Me and my partner stayed at the location, the room was essentially spotless, the staff were hospitable and friendly. We used this hotel for one night in our trip to Oxford, and it suited every need we had. Good amenities sold in the lobby as well.

Unfortunately the pillows were quite hard, my partner had an uncomfortable sleep because of this. In hindsight we could have called reception to ask for different pillows, but we arrived back to the hotel late after a day of exploring in Oxford. The tops of the lampshades in our room were stained yellow. This imperfection did not affect us, but is just worth noting for the aesthetics of the room. Apart from those things, the hotel and service was fabulous!

Felt very luxurious, location was 5 minutes walk to park and ride, swimming pool was reasonable but you should book.

Double beds seemed small. Swimming pool was also a bit on the small side! Skipped breakfast as it's a bit expensive.

The bathroom was tiny ,our room was supposed to be superior but the decor was very dated and flaking in places . We have stayed in Leonardo hotels in Greece and Cyprus and they were better

Only 15 mins from Bicester village and 15 mins to Oxford city centre by uber, perfect location we did some shopping at the village had a few drinks in Oxford city centre then come back for a meal at the Marco Pierre in the restaurant downstairs. Really lovely time the staff were also very nice
