The room was tiny and the noise level from banging doors on the hallway.

Beautiful hotel in central location. Room was quiet, cool, clean and comfy. Appreciated the mini fridge & safe. Really great shower- very relaxing. And the staff were very pleasant!

The restaurant was underwhelming, and disappointing for such an otherwise exceptional hotel. The specific breakfast I ordered (traditional English Breakfast) was very bad. The “cold food only” buffet was underwhelming, and the alternatives inadequate

The facility and the location

They made me pay for one more night by mistake while i was feeling weird of them asking me to authorize amounts throw their machine while that took more and called them to ask them for a refund but till now no refund hapened

was promissed second night cancellation but was charged for the night i had to leave

The hotel is very cebtral and cosy. The rooftop is nice as well as the lobby lounge. Its modern and clean relative to some other hotels in the area.

Location, cleanliness, and quiet

The check-in experience and reception was really outstanding. The professional and kind staff provided all the information, that we required, they were exceptional in making us feel welcome and comfortable! Really a great job done!!Loved the central location of the hotel and the breakfast.

treadmill restaurant: a la carte breakfast does not include coffee!! requires purchase of the continental breakfast just to get coffee. so: I left the hotel on the second morning in search of breakfast WITH coffee.

Great location in centre of Oxford. Lovely large comfortable room. Complimentary soft drinks in fridge was a nice touch. Friendly professional staff on reception.

Clean, modern, good location, nice lobby area.

Nothing deluxe about our deluxe king room. Very, very small. Would suggest they move their garbage dump away from guest rooms. Nothing deluxe about hearing staff dump bottles into a dumpster throughout the day and night.

Location is great. Right in the middle of the city. Lovely lobby and roof top bar.

The sound of floor while walking and the sound of doors when shut. Same sound us heard from other rooms close me .

Amazing facilities, friendly staff, great location, cool design

First and foremost, the staff. Everyone (front desk, cleaning crew, spa attendant, bar staff and managers) were extremely helpful, pleasant and they aimed to please. A special shout out to Mikey - thanks for helping me navigate the city after my GPS stopped working, Sam - he went above and beyond to fetch both us and our luggage, and Dan for helping us work through a few minor issues.

While perfectly located in the center of the city, convenient to just about everything, there seems to be a few minor facility issues that need to be addressed. While a minor annoyance, they would not game changers and would not prevent me from booking another stay.

Great little touches left in the bedroom. Decor in the rooms is light & airy. Loved the roof top bar to see over the top of Oxford while enjoying a drink

Staff service at bars very slow as too big a gap between drinks menu being given & coming to take the order
