Great location next to park and ride into Oxford centre. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Fine for our purpose - family weekend break in Oxford

Service-10/10. Bulbul was excellent host. Very clean and room size was bigger than average. Highly recommend.

Distance from town center is not great if you are not driving and weather is bad. Ubers are available. But great service and cleanliness, value for money makes up for it

Staff are very good and especially Daniel on the front desk who was amazing.

It seems a school was staying at the same time so we didn’t get much sleep at night or the morning and the breakfast was interrupted by so many children and one teacher shouting really loudly while we had breakfast that we cut short.

Staff friendly and helpful. Very quiet considering the location near the roundabout. Easy to get into Oxford with affordable accommodation. Late check out makes all the difference to a more relaxed stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The first impressions and very good

Not much really, if I had to pick one thing the air conditioning didn't work which didn't bother us as there was a note in the room saying sorry but here's a heater. The irritating thing was the bright green light was flashing throughout the night so my husband put a sock over it to reduce the flashing. I did feed this back to reception in the morning.Also, when we drove out ot was difficult to work our way round the car park, maybe the arrows on the floor would benefit from being refreshed.

Staff made it most pleasurable helpful and very proactive withoit being pressurizing

Breakfast was very good although a little pricey… location was easy to find, and not too far from our sightseeing trip. We also had an evening meal which was very good

Selection in Room was a bit Basic

The reception area and dining area were pleasant . Food was good .

The bedrooms are tired and need an update .No usb chargers and no way to charge phone while in bed . Soap was horrible ! Expect free parking !

We were pleasantly surprised to find a lovely two-tier cake made out of towels with beautiful decorations in our room for my husband’s birthday, such a thoughtful and creative gesture. The staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, which made the experience even more special. Thank you for making his birthday memorable.

The main restaurant and break out area has lots of space to socialise

Rooms were a little dated. The room I had unfortunately stank of cigarettes. If you wake up with a hangover it’s the last thing you want to smell.

The hotel is excellent on all counts. The location is perfect for visiting Blenhime Palace and Oxford, the Park and Ride for Oxford is right next door. The rooms were well equipped, spotlessly clean and spacious. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant food was really good and the restaurant staff were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel

The location is ok, close to park and ride bus.

The towel is dirty and had something on it. Also no free parking.

Location is great for Oxford. Hotel clean and modern. Lots of parking at a reasonable rate.

Service is always a bit slow in the restaurant (individuals very pleasant and helpful, but not many of them). Food choices for gluten free not great, especially at breakfast.

The staff were amazing, couldnt have been more polite and willing to help. Its obviously not a luxury hotel but treatment by the staff can make all the difference, thank you

coffee at breakfast - you had to pay extra for barista - the machine was ok but could have been better, the kids loved the breakfast
