Great location. Comfortable, newly renovated rooms and friendly staff.

The room was spacious, breakfast was good, staff was helpful, and the location was excellent.

The bathroom had an old toilet with a wood seat which may add character but was very uncomfortable and did not flush well. The AC was not working when we arrived, and the shower was not easy to figure out how to turn on/off. They also did not make our beds or refresh our towels

Beautiful property. Excellent location enjoyed the breakfast and dinner one night. The room was large and the bed very comfortable. The shower area needs to have a slip resistant floor as even the mats still caused you to be very cautious.

In the Taylor room just the floor of the shower otherwise everything was just fine.

Staff great, location the best, outdoor patio, fantastic tub

The outdoor patio is open to the public, lots of local hang out every day with dogs and smoking. Love dogs, but they were on the patio furniture and some small dogs aggressive. Way too much smoke

We loved the property and staff. Lots of stairs to carry suitcases… and they do not have staff assisting. They clean the room every day

Hotel and location were superb. River Suite was amazing and the staff were extremely helpful. Vegan tasting menu was delicious and the sommelier was fab. Would definitely return.

Limited parking (although we all got a space) and the air con had broken in 2 of the rooms.

Hotel felt like it was under renovation with courtyard areas fenced off. We also couldn't find the car park - I still couldn't tell you where it was ... it was very poorly sign posted.

Everything! Hotel is amazing and the staff are all super chilled, very chatty and clearly enjoy their jobs.

Car parking was a little confusing. It would have been nice to have had more details prior to arriving. I also emailed prior to our visit to link the two bookings I had but never received a reply.

No lift. Our room was on 2nd floor. Parking tricky and limited although staff really tried to help with that

Beautiful hotel with character furnishings. Friendly staff. Comfortable lounge bar for a light evening supper which I prefer to a table.. Great bathroom.

Centrally located, clean, dinner was delightful and delicious. Bed was very comfortable.

Lots of charm and great location

Couldn’t pay with debit card (staff insisted it had to be credit card) Went to the bar just before 11pm and they wouldn’t serve beer on tap and didn’t have keys to have a cigar outside

Convenient central location, dog friendly, dinner was excellent value with the 2 or 3 course fixed price £20/25 per head as well as before 7.00pm deal buy 2 large glasses and get wine bottle for free. Room was very clean. HDV Henley is getting a complete phased renovation this summer. Much needed as the chain has become a bit tired. Highly recommend
