Pros +
- Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet avenue. really nice staff and great breakfast. Lovely individual rooms and comfy bed
- This was my second stay at this beautiful hotel, set in a peaceful residential area yet only 15 minutes from Manchester Airport. The rooms are elegantly appointed, and the beds are exceptionally comfortable. A true hidden gem. I’ll be returning every time I travel from Manchester.
- I really liked the location, with walkable access to local shops, restaurants and tram station. The Bed was super comfortable. Really appreciated early check-in.Nice touch with the Retro Radio playing classical music when we walked into the room.
Cons -
- I suppose our room was pretty small but it was classed as ‘cosy’. The bed was comfortable to a degree but the layer of mattress projection made it very squishy and this was not to my taste although my husband thought it very comfortable.
- Room was very warm, poor aircon. Also I think it is massively over priced, not good value for the standard of the hotel.
- Missing milk for a brew in morning but staff were very apologetic and made correction without hassle.

The atmosphere and the staff were exceptional. We loved the garden and the location. The property itself is wonderful.

Location, it’s close to my business

Interesting old house. Partner to hotel nearby but smaller. Staff excellent, very helpful and caring.

The location was perfect, in a lovely residential street, but moments away from the Didsbury nightlife and a pleasant stroll to Fletcher Moss park and gardens. Our room and ensuite were luxurious, with high quality bed linen, towels and toiletries. The mini bar was well stocked, though we only used the fresh milk in there for our morning drink. A nice touch, rather than UHT milk. The staff we met were all welcoming and we are already booked to stay again in a few weeks time.
The only slight niggles, were that the parking was limited and whilst we managed to get the last space, my husband, the driver, had to climb out of the passenger side of the car. The other unusual feature, was no window dressing in the bathroom, which we were a little uncomfortable with, which was a shame as the bathroom itself was absolutely stunning, with an enormous walk in shower and roll top bath.
Lovely stylish décor. Very large and comfortable bed. friendly helpful and efficient staff.
Lovely hotel, clean, bright, high quality finishes, great parking and friendly staff. Our only negative was the room temperature, it was very warm for us but it did have aircon and opening windows.
Staff were welcoming and helpful and room was good but over £200 per night it should be.
The first night we had a a meal in the area assigned for food. We were the only ones eating and were encouraged to try their chefs special menu that had just been launched. My wife had a green curry which appeared to be like a soup with bits of some spongey material in it, it was supposed to be tofu but didn't behave like it. She left the meal after a couple of spoon fulls but didn't complain as my daughter hates a fuss. Also didn't like the fact that the dishwasher was put on at the same time as were eating in the same room, I suspect we were just unlucky with this dish, my daughters and my meal were ok
As always. Very comfortable and clean. Facilities are very good taste and nice comfy bed and big shower and bath. Staff are so friendly and make you feel comfortable. Strongly recommend to try breakfast in the restaurant. Nice atmosphere. Location is great as this is one of the best area near Manchester.
11 Didsbury moved us to their sister hotel Didsbury Park Hotel with an upgrade. Every member of staff was exceptional, particularly the reception staff, and assisted in the booking of taxis and directions.
Nothing to improve on. Fabulous hotel, great room, fabulous staff.
As always absolutely wonderful! We were actually moved to our other fave hotel, their sister hotel Didsbury Park Hotel, equally as beautiful and perfect! Staff were as lovely as always, we could not ask for more. Cannot wait to return on our next trip in June!
Tastefully furnished and lovely groundsFriendly, helpful staff - excellent service
This is, honestly, the very best hotel I have stayed in for some time. Staff were well trained, polite, friendly and engaged. Facilities were fab, food delicious and there was every attention to detail - lovely big towels, a "menu" for the nespresso pods, fresh milk, books to read in the room and even a hooting owl (not sure resident!)
Nothing. This is an amazing hotel.
lovely hotel, nice design, good location and very nice staff, but our room was incredibly hot and not a big fan of airconditioning. We opened the window and a beautiful nightingale sang all night.. otherwise all good!
Hot room.
Eleven hotel has cosy rooms, with mini bar and free parking. The bathroom is big, bed super comfy. Staff super professional with a fast checkout. The hotel is away from any noise.
Na
Fantastic hotel in a very nice and quiet location, the room was lovely and the breakfast was excellent - I should have allowed more time to go for the cooked breakfast too.
We were there just a short time due to attending a party nearby. However, we experience a really nice short stay! The hotel including the room are tastefully decorated, with lots of nice attention to detail. Large comfy bed, super nice bedlinen and towels and gorgeous toiletries! We had a small ground floor room, with no view which didn't matter on a short stay. We enjoyed a good breakfast served in a really nice room over looking a well maintained garden. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff throughout. Would we stay again, yes we would!
Perhaps a privacy window covering would be nice, so that occupants of those rooms can get undressed in daylight without the feeling of being seen or having to draw the curtains but that's just a minor detail.
Receptionists were excellent and it was very convenient. I felt confident that there would always be someone available to let me in whatever time I returned to the hotel. The breakfast was very tasty, great choice and served promptly. I found the room to be comfortable and attractive and the coffee/tea making facilities to be excellent.
It was all really excellent. At Eleven Didsbury Park there was a large party going on which made it slightly difficult to access the corridor my room was situated in at times because people were sitting in the way of the door to my corridor in the dining area for part of the time I was there. This wasn't really a problem but I felt a bit awkward having to ask the party of guests to move.
