The room is fairly spacious and has an air conditioner.

The shower drain was blocked. After showering, I had to wait until the water level dropped below the shower door before I could open it. Then I realised the bathroom was flooded. I couldn’t open the bathroom door until I’d soaked up and wrung out the water with a towel more than ten times. By the time the water subsided my hands were shaking from the effort.

Staff was exceptionally kind and helpful would definitely stay here again just for that reason

The hotel is excellent if you are heading for the Trafford centre. A short walk and you're right in the heart of the centre. One important thing to remember is the centre doesn't open until 10am on Saturday and weekdays and 12 noon to 6pm on Sunday's. McDonald's is opposite but there are plenty of eateries in the centre.

The shower head wasn't very powerful, and it appeared dated and dirty. The breakfast isn't open for a long time at the weekend and only until 9:30am during the week. Breakfast time is busy and the popular items seemed to run out before the time ended. The plates were small, even though breakfast was included in the price it could have been less greasy and bigger plates. The restaurant staff appeared grumpy too. For a basic hotel it's suitable for the Trafford.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Clise to nearby attractions and you can cath a bus or tram right outside the hotel very good all round

Staff were nice breakfast was good id stay again but the bed was like a rock hey ho and there was a massive tea or coffee stain on the carpet right next to the bed was a bit rough

The hotel was bright and airy and perfectly situated for us to visit The Trafford Centre and the BEC Arena for an event. The staff at reception were really friendly. The breakfast was great, and the staff were lovely.

It wasn't a 'didn't like' but just a mention - we were able to check in early, which meant our room had a double bed rather than the requested twin. I was travelling with my daughter, so it wasn't an issue (although she might not agree!)

Location, cleanliness, rooms, food and staff were amazing. Also had parking.

I was in manchester attending an event at the BEC and this hotel was 5 minutes away from the location, really easy to get to by uber. Hotel is also in walking distance to the Trafford Shoppkng Centre. Hotel was lovely, comfy beds, breakfast was included with our stay and there were a range of hot and cold food to choose from. Would definitely stay here again.

Coat hooks were loose on the wall. Shower door didn’t close properly. Reported to maintenance before we left.

Location was excellent minutes from Trafford centre walking. The place was spotless, staff were so friendly! Highly recommended we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back!

Tidy, well decorated, decent sized rooms and right in the centre of where we needed to be.

My duvet was slightly stained by something brown near the top. Other than that, room was very clean.

Poor drainage in ensuite sink, very very slow to drain. Shower cold on third morning of our stay, reception staff sent maintenance to sort. Advised it was sorted after 20 minutes and it wasn't, remained cold.TV in room shut off after 10 minutes, repeatedly! Reception area not inviting. Soft furnishings were shabby and uncomfortable.

My daughter had food poisoning while we were there, not from the hotel food by the way. The 2 guys on the Sunday morning when I went down to reception at 5am were amazing gave me a bottle of coke for my daughter, brought coffee to the room for me as they knew I had slept and a kit for my car to travel home with in case she was sick on the way. On Sunday morning a lovely blonde young lady gave us 3 bottles of water for our travel home. Lovely staff who were very helpful and kind.

The location was fab! We were at an event at the BEC and this hotel was 10 minutes away in an Uber. Brilliant!

Nothing. We had a great weekend.
