Clean tidy and friendly staff

Staff was super friendly and supportive. The space was clean and organized and also smelled good. Loved the hospitality and attentiveness. Overall a very great experience!

I wish the luggage storage was complementary.

The location is great - one minute from Manchester Piccadilly.Very modern, very clean, proper coffee machine, friendly staff and a very comfy bed!

I had a 1-bedroom apartment, which was excellent, clean, modern, and very comfortable. Amenities provided include an induction cooker, microwave, iron, washing machine, hair dryer + 2 sofabeds in the lounge. I strongly recommend

Staff were courteous, helpful, responsive and even gave us an upgrade upon request, The location were excellent (next to Piccadilly and other amenities/shops nearby) and the room just met our expectations in terms of cleanliness and available features/amenities. Strongly recommend!!!

The sofa beds were a bit too old and the heat did not seem to be working properly.

Location was excellent . Just next to picadilly station. Nice compact apartment with 1 room n sofa beds . Bedding was provided . Towels all good. Loved the provision of coffee pods and coffee powder. Staff was very friendly and responsive . Security is good. Lots food choices nearby in station and surrounding areas.love the large windows and chill.vibes. temperature control was excellent. No noise good sleep.. check in check out was excellent fast. We were happy to get early.check in without charge.. clean comfortable.

Unable to switch of the doorway lights . Water from shower needed tinkering with hot and cold taps and showed inconsistent mixing of water throughout bathing. Water can suddenly go cold and then warm again

The location, very close to the city center

No sound proofing, you can hear the next room TV. Missing some basic amenities like slippers

Great location and very nice staff. Felt safe in the building. The room was quiet and spacious.

The bed was comfortable but hard to get into because of the lack of space on either side. The room was clean, although some of the furniture is showing signs of wear and the sofas didn’t look very clean.

lack of shampoo, conditioner, milk alternatives, decent teabags, and the shower gel was inadequate.

Location

Washing machine dryer combo ruined our clothes and didn’t end up drying them left them sopping wet. This was the sole reason we chose to stay here because we are travelling across Europe with a child and we wanted our next accommodation to have laundry facilities!

The staff were really helpful. The apartment was excellent we got an upgrade so got 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very comfortable would definitely recommend and so close to the train station

Kitchen facilities, spacious, nice bathrooms, nice staff, great location when arriving and leaving by train.

The beds were on their last stretch I would say, hard and could feel the springs. Have stayed at Staycity before and I can imagine they will change these on some regularity, hopefully this room (107) is coming up soon. Same thing with the sofa beds, although we didn't sleep in them, they are very worn now, so the sofa cushion won't stay on the top when you sit in them. This was uncomfortable. But honestly, the positives far weighed up for these points, so I still would stay again with our family.

Location was awesome. The room is very big and suitable for the family with 2 adult and 2 children. The washing machine and dish machine were working. All items functional. The staff very helpful.

Water was cold but the staff helped fix it. The living room seating area for a six person apartment only sat 4 at a squeeze as did the table.

Well located to all amenities. They also have lockers for luggage, four bags easily fit for around 6£ in total.

It was spacious apartment with complete set of kitchenetes. Lies on central location, close to public transportation. We stayed 2 times and got upgrading rooms for free.

Super close to the station, clean and very big room

The WhatsApp system for inquiries was useless and I had to call the reception anyways. Pizza ordered at the lobby was half uncooked but they gave us a refund.
