The location is perfect for the AO arena and also for the central shops. We will definitely be staying again.

Unfortunately the food was not available due to chef illness, so we didn?t get to try it. However the menu looks very good and we eagerly anticipate trying on our return.

Ridiculous to ask for card details to cover breakages when everything has been supplied when booking. Took far too long to check in. The sound proofing between my room, Sankey Soap, and next door, Barca was none existent. Could hear every word

Pub was fun, staff were very friendly. Location was very good too.

The room was shockingly bad. Configuration of the room meant you can not walk around the bed, the kitchen air duct is directly outside the window and the whole room was full of the stench of cooking oil. Drainage smell from the bathroom too - very bad.

Loved the location, just s 20 min walk from Manchester Piccadilly or a ride in the free city bus which stops close by. The complimentary breakfast was a bonus even a vegan version. Friendly staff and 20% off first round of drinks.

Very good service, friendly staff and good customer service. Hotel was clean and bar area was lovely. Added bonus is, you get %20 of food and drinks if you¿re staying over. Food was delicious!

The room (Hacienda) was bright, beautiful, clean and tidy with an incredibly comfortable bed (mattress topper?), four equally comfortable pillows and a nice quilt. Breakfast was a good choice of options and delicious. Only the noise spoiled my stay.

Street noise. Windows need triple glazed. Room noise. Guests came in at 0045 and made noise until 0130. Inconsiderate. All room doors need pulled to a slamming shut. They need planed. Location is excellent but on a busy junction.

Very clean overall with welcoming staff.. Room was finished to a high standard. Bed very comfortable and good quality linen and towels. The hotel is situated on quite a busy crossroads but the windows are very soundproof.

We didn¿t really enjoy the breakfast. I had eggs Benedict. The sauce was a little sour and the muffin hadn¿t been toasted. My partner ordered full English and didn¿t enjoy the overcooked bacon or the cold beans.

Difficult to find in the dar. No parking. No food and crry oput numbers given did not deliver so no supper. I was put on 2nd floor despite saying I use crutches and worst of all, there was nothing vailable for breakfast at 7.45am Worst stay ever.

I didn't like anything about it and will never stay again.

Excellent combination of old traditional pub and very comfortable rooms upstairs. Friendly and helpfull staff ang. good traditional breakfast. Perfect suites for me and my sons stay in Manchester.

Lovely and clean room and very comfortable mattress and sheets.

Could have a lift you have to carry your bags up through the stairs to the 2floor. Could have a continental breakfast option and they need to improve the juice quality, all of them are from packed boxes.

Central location, price, offers on food and drink, bar open 24 hours, breakfast.

The room has no windows. Smells awful. Shared bathroom wasn't a good idea. Had to checkout immediatly
