Quite a bit of light on the room from overhead green led.

We paid for breakfast when booking. Didn't state it was only a cold breakfast and they did Not cater for people with allergies. A staff member stated " it wasn't worth them buying a gluten free loaf as most would be wasted. " The choice at breakfast was cereal or toast....neither gluten free. No alternative was offered.

Surprisingly quiet despite the location, however unable to sleep a wink due to the strobe light of a fire/safety/blackpool illumination. The most ridiculous light I have ever experienced at a hotel. Would definitely not stay or recommend. Picture taken at 2am with this light unable to be disconnected - fun night!

Fab location, really welcoming down to earth staff. Great comfortable room with lots of extra little touches and even the offer of a free continental style breakfast in the morning at no extra cost, would definitely stay again.

Nice room and toilet, kind and helpful staff, very close to the train station (which was very convenient).

As much as the station was very very close, I didn't like that are very much...

Really excellent finish to rooms, huge shower, red hot water, breakfast included, host Dianne is brilliant, super warm and professional. Will stay again.

All of it except that the room was cold and would advise if taking luggage no lifts a lot of stairs

Location right next to Piccadilly station, plus taxis and trams. Very clean comfortable room. Not at all noisy in spite of location and being above a pub

A few niggles, such as lack of hanging space, no shelf in the shower to put shampoo etc (and slippery floor), not made up each day. Breakfast uninspiring.

Nice clean room but needs some hooks to hand up coats. staff helpful and friendly. location good .breakfast ok continental . Pub not serving food any more which was disappointing .Had a great time.

Clean room, comfy bed and nice bathroom with decent shower.

No WiFi, TV was broken, wouldn't switch on. I complained about the Internet, and was fobbed off with a made up excuse about neighbouring building work. Funny how all the nearby buildings had zero problems with theres, as expected. Having no wifi is unacceptable, in this day and age.

The location was prefect and the room was amazingly clean and tidy.

The toilet was very temperamental and the breakfast could have been a little better but they were the only small negatives we found with the place

The location was fabulous, a couple of minutes walk from the train station. The room we had was lovely was spacious, had 2 very comfortable beds, plenty of tea and coffee making items, canny bathroom. View out of the window was lovely, especially early evening as the light was starting to fade.

The location was excellent

Unfortunately the bar was closed for renovations. The continental breakfast was good but very basic and had to be brought back to the bedroom to be eaten, which isn't ideal but I did avail and what was available was very good.The room access via the lane (side door) didn't fill me with safety especially during darkness as the street fob wasn't activated at the bottom of the stairwell.
