Staff was attentive… room was lovely and clean decor was modern.

Shower was blocked so that was the downside

The staff were excellent and the cleanliness of the hotel was immaculate but the cooked breakfast was very poor, not much on your plate for the price and very dry, definitely needs a big improvement especially for the price.

Absolutely nothing

Staff went above and beyond and were extremely friendly in every interaction we had with them. Our room was spacious and facilities were clean. Bed was super comfy and bathroom stocked with essentials. Location is perfect, close to the main train station and a maximum 10 minute walk to the centre.

Room became slightly warm during the night and air-con couldn’t be dropped lower or windows opened.

It was in a good location and the staff were very welcoming when we arrived. The hotel was really clean and the bed was really comfy.

Very nicely decorated hotel and rooms in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes walking distance from the central train station. Has excellent concierge services, Mr. Pino in particular was so helpful beyond my expectations.

Standard rooms’ windows can not be opened so the air quality was quite low due to poor ventilation. The staff was helpful and they upgraded my room but I had to pay double the amount. Otherwise my experience would be excellent and would have rated the hotel a 9 or 10.

I feel like the staff went over and beyond to make me feel very welcomed and this even the restaurant did their part. I will definitely stay again

The concierge service did feel a bit military which can be intimidating. I think there was a lack of warmth in their approach and it felt like I was dealing with nightclub bouncers. This doesn’t take away from my experience.

Location/reception/room

We booked a meal for 5 of us in the grill. There was a really raucous group of loud women in the bar spoiling conversations (not just us that commented).the bar staff were slow - 1 drink arrived then the duplicate drink arrived with the others around 10 minutes later. The bar and restaurant were very cold.The corridor to our room was sopping wet during our visit and had a musty smell.

Close to Manchester Piccadilly Staff were friendly and attentive.

I had to come home

We received a really warm welcome on arrival and were kindly given a complimentary room upgrade to celebrate my birthday, which was a lovely touch.The bar and restaurant were excellent – faultless service, delicious food, and very generous portion sizes.Our room was very spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and we had a great night’s sleep.The location is perfect, right next to Piccadilly Station and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. We would definitely return.

Could not fault this Hotel

No parking unless you pay £45 for valet or you go to the multi-storey and walk 3-5 minutes which is inconvenient with cases and as a single woman checking in at night it wasn’t ideal and no warning was given when booking- the details said parking was available- so was misleading.

Decor was lovely

The restaurant was closed, very disappointing as only a very small bar menu was available and no prior warning

Beautiful balcony terrace suite , spacious and tasteful with everything you could possibly need.we are in the hotel restaurant and the food was excellent, in fact one of the nicest meals I have had in a long time. All staff throughout hotel were helpful and friendly plus also very welcoming. Thank you

There was nothing we didn’t like

I have ptsd and when we arrived back to the hotel after our evening out a sports car was parked out side. They occupants waited until we were right alongside it to suddenly rev and pop its engine extremely loud. I stumbled and fell to the ground due to this and the occupants of the car sat and laughed and did it again. It ruined what had been a lovely evening for me. When we entered the hotel the staff looked displeased at the noise that the car had been making outside but nothing seemed to be done about it. If the hotel is allowing sports car to park at the establishment it should come with a set of common curtesy rules to protect for the other guests and their stay.

The staff were wonderful when helping us deal with some unruly guests.The decor was beautiful, the facilities amazing and the room sizes generous.

Comfortable pillows and bedding. Nice to have a shower and a bath in the room. Concierge was very friendly and welcoming. Bar staff were excellent - high standards of service received.

The windows do not open so no fresh air. The air con is Ok but I would prefer a hotel with an opening window. Would like wine glasses in the room and fresh milk.

Great location, decor and rooms

We had got upgraded an the room was excellent and the experience of everything that came with it was amazing, was my second stay will definitely be back
