Room heating was a bit noisy.

One of the nicest rooms I've ever had in a hotel! Amazing, stunning views of the city skyline. Very clean and modern and spacious. And my favourite, the ample buffet breakfast, had many options, both continental and English, to choose from. A perfect way to start the day!

Sometimes you have to queue 5-10 minutes for breakfast in the morning because it gets busy. But you can arrive early to avoid that.

A beautiful hotel and great having the small kitchen area. The apartment was spotless and staff very helpful. Breakfast was excellent would definitely go there again

1. Room - a studio apartment with full self--support facilities.2. Front-of-house. Exceptional in terms of welcome and then dealing cheerfully and efficiently with various issues. 3. Two dinners and one breakfast both high standard, as were the associated staff.4. Much evidence of in-depth training and good leadership.

Zero issues

Staff, especially at breakfast, were amazing!!! The location, next to the University of Manchester and a short walk/ride to other parts of the city, were ideal.

The beds were too stiff.

Staff were excellent - always smiling, always acknowledging that you existed and extremely helpful. Room was spacious and well equiped. Would have used more of the kitchen facilities, but time sort of ran away from us.

As always, would have liked it to be less expensive, but still reasonable value for money, and suited our purpose admirably.

Luxury stay. Everything was spotless and the king suite was a fantastic size. One of the best breakfasts you can get at a hotel.

Good breakfast. Amenities were good. Really good gym.

How long it took for the room to be cleaned. The rooms are cleaned every three days and they can take until 6 pm to clean your room. This is something that should be improved, as if you take the whole day out and get back to the hotel around 4 or 5 pm, tired, you may not be able to enter your room.

Lovely hotel, very modern and the Hyatt House has great facilities.

Pillows were not to our preference. Softer feather options would be better and a lighter duvet.

Staff were amazingly friendly and super helpful. We booked because of the marathon and it was great that the hotel was really on board with it.

The bath plug didn't work, so the bath wouldn't stay full. Not the end of the world, but it's a bit annoying with a little child. I'm sure it would have been fixed if we reported it so it really is minor.

Total rip off “pasta party”, £20 for one small bowl of cheap pasta with cheese sauce . Then had to pay for my post race beer and food which was advertised as complimentary .

I stayed here recently with my 7-year-old son when we came to watch the Manchester United v Lyon game at Old Trafford—and what an unforgettable experience it was!We arrived just in time to catch the Lyon players, who were actually staying at the hotel, boarding their team bus. My son was absolutely buzzing to see them up close, and it was such an exciting start to our trip.Before the match, we had a beautiful fish & chips in the hotel restaurant. The food was excellent, but what really stood out was the warm welcome we received from a lovely member of the hospitality team named Heba. She made my son feel like a VIP, spending a good 20 minutes chatting and amusing him while we waited for our meal. Her kindness and energy really added something special to our evening.The room itself was spotless, comfy, and perfect for our stay—no complaints at all. But honestly, it was the way Heba went above and beyond that made the whole experience exceptional.The next morning at breakfast (which was delicious, by the way!), we were so happy to see Heba again. She remembered us, asked my son about the game, and being a Manchester United fan herself, she had a lovely chat with him about how exciting it was. He felt seen, important, and totally over the moon.This wasn’t just a stay—it was an experience that made our trip even more memorable. We’ll definitely be booking again, and it’s all down to how Heba made my son feel so special. Thank you!

Staff,room, breakfast everything

One of the best hotel breakfasts we hadThe hotel was in a nice area and we felt very safe there. iIt is in the heart of the city, yet we didn’t experience the busyness until we walked out a bit.

Absolutely nothing!

The room was so clean and the decor made it feel homely. The views were amazing. It is a nice walk to the city centre and on a Saturday afternoon, it was buzzing. The choice of places to eat is awesome. It is surrounded by university buildings and was very quiet.

The hotel is located near the university. The surroundings are really nice. It's a 10-minute-walk away from to the train station (Manchester Oxford Road). The room was extremely clean, comfortable and well-supplied. We were on one of the highests floors, so the view was also amazing, especially at night.It is one of the best hotels I have been to, and I will be staying again there the next time I visit Manchester without any doubt.

The breakfast buffet could have more variety. It's a little short of options for me. There's nothing else I didn't like.

Can’t fault Hyatt House at all, staff are so attentive, room was fabulous and food and drink all A*. Definitely recommend staying here

Facilities are great. Very clean. Food was really nice. View is stunning
