Roomzzz Manchester Victoria

Very good location near Victoria Station in Manchester. I enjoyed my stay in my room, it was spacious with good lighting and comfy (though a little bit of a walk to get to my room). Liked that a small kitchen and fridge was available. Very much appreciated the use of the free laundry room which was a life saver after traveling for a week.

My friend had some plumbing issues with his room when the location was fully booked. So his experience was very different from mine. We were able to resolve this through Booking.com and Roomzzz, however it took quite some time to receive a response from both Booking.com and Roomzzz in order to finalize our issue. But I'm glad it finally got resolved.

Location was very central so it was perfect. The bed was very comfortable and the room was ideal.

The coffee machine was not working on day 2 - that was the one thing that was disappointing.

Loved the location. The building was outstanding and room very comfortable

Nothing it was all brilliant

Location

No ventilation in the bathroom and cold room. Tried to regulate the temperature and still it was freezing ( max 19.5 c degrees in my room)

Amazing, friendly and helpful staff at the front desk. Got to know them by name during my 3 months stay here. Kitchenette was exactly what I needed to cook in the comfort of my own space. The housekeeping staff were very detailed and friendly as well. Location is perfect, in the city center at the start of the pedestrian zone. Close to several groceries stores, shopping and short walk to many districts of Manchester.

I have stayed here many times. Love the central location. The kitchenette is well equipped and great having M&S foods so close by.

Wish there was a ramp at front entrance. There is a mini lift. We always use the rear entrance.

Central location. The hotel is right in the city center, across the street from the football museum and the shopping center. The rooms are modern and clean. They have all you need for a short stay.

The kitchen is very rudimentary. We were able to make eggs for breakfast, but cooking dinner would've been challenging. There isn't any space to let the dishes dry nor is there a dish washer.

The location was great as it was surrounded by lots of restaurants and retail shops, plus some shopping malls like Arnsdale and Selfridges just a minute walk from the hotel. The room was good and spacious.

Check in was easy and quick with a warm welcome. The location was excellent for our needs, being close to the train station and AO Arena. The room was large and very clean with a comfortable bed. The choice for dining in the evening was made easy with restaurants on the doorstep. We plan to return to Manchester and to this hotel.

The layout of the corridors meant we had a long walk to our room, but that is due to how the building was originally built.

Great location

Absolutely great location and very close to city centre and train station, apartment very clean and well organised

Very comfortable stay. Self laundry available for free for guests. Very convenient to connect bee network. Complimentary coffee and croissant in the morning.

Everything was fine

Terrific central location. Spacious (for UK). Close to lots of great eateries.

Laundry detergent was not available even for purchase. Staff was not very helpful on several occasions

We enjoyed the location, the comfort, and the smooth check-in experience. The Location – Perfect. In central Manchester, walking distance from shopping center, pubs, and lots of great restaurants. The Place – Very compact and super clean. Also the small kitchen is prefect if you want to cook to yourself.Overall – We would recommend it for couples who plan to explore the city all day and come back to a cozy and comfortable room.

Need more towel hangers in the bathroom

Had a near perfect stay at the property. Great comfort and clean large room, smack in the centre of Manchester and all the various shops and locations right at walking distance.

Convenient location and really friendly staff

We checked in on a hot day and entered the room to 28 degrees, the air conditioning was broken. The staff were lovely and changed us into another room which was slightly cooler at 24 degrees but the air conditioning was not working in this room either. (It wasn't down in the entire building, we just got unlucky with two rooms as our parents room was nice and cool).

We like everything about Roomzzz, the location so central, the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms which are furnished nicely, comfortable beds & bed linen including pillows the kitchen provides everything you need for a short stay. The Reception Staff are impeccable, Martin & Olivia are exceptional, they greet you with a smile & welcome you into the Hotel wonderfully well.We enjoyed complementary croissants & coffee each morning. We have stayed at Roomzzz Victoria several times, we love it here & can recommend to others, thank you for everything

We liked everything

Everything was fantastic! My favorite stay ever. Staff was spectacular, facilities were clean, utilitarian, and comfortable.

That I had to leave?

Great location in a historic buildingHuge roomGreat shower!!

It was all good

Location

Tv remote broken. Breakfast Gluten free option included 30 minutes lead in but couldn’t wait that long so no breakfast

The property itself was really cool! Very clean and cosy. It was like having our own apartment in the city centre. The microwave, dishwasher, fridge, hob, separate bathroom, amazing tv that could be turned from bed to sofa, the bed itself. All good.

Two things I didn’t like was the layout in terms of entering and exiting the property…bit of a maze. Would be a nightmare in a fire. And the other thing was we were there in a heatwave and the room didn’t seem equipped for hot temperatures…at least I couldn’t get any AC to cool off, but I was able to open a window slightly. Bit stuffy. But to be fair Manchester isn’t normally that hot!
