Pros +

I booked two rooms because I was traveling with my daughters I asked could I have rooms next one another or the same floor because I need help. I did not even get the same floors, ask the front desk when we checked in and she said it was full it was not
I thought the staff were excellent. On taking my complaint about my room (see below) the issue was dealt with very professionally .
The on-site restaurant and bar/lounge. Shoutout to hotel employee who found us adjacent rooms at the last minute, with a smile! And who informed me about the (unadvertised) airport shuttle for only

Cons -

Could not even help someone that could clearly see needed help would not stay there again
Unfortunately, when I entered my initial room and out my room card in the card holder (on the wall), it the card fell off the wall-which obviously provided a pretty bad first impression.
Loved everything!
