Very easy from airport arrivals. Received with smiles and efficiency. A small niggle with the sink was sorted out within minutes. Breakfast was good and relaxed.

This is a very standard level of accommodation and service given the hosts, so nothing stands out

Local to airport. Very clean - immaculate actually .

The bar area could have offered a little more …. Some ice in drinks ….

Location is great for a quick transfer to the airport, bar and restaurant good

Bed not comfortable at all, like sleeping on a plank of wood, shower not working which we did not know until the morning. We were offered another room to shower in which was lucky that we did have time to take up the offer as our flight wasn’t until the afternoon.

The food was excellent. Very tasty.

Unfortunately, the bed was super uncomfortable. It was too high and hard, pillows were awful, and I didn't get a wink of sleep.

No fridge or microwave in room very difficult to order food at that location

Staff friendly, location was excellent. Check-in process whas very easy and the general appearance of the hotel was good, very modern looking.

The food choice was very poor and the quality not great. I enquired about gluten free offerings after booking. I received confirmation that this would be catered for during my stay. The menu we got wasn't what was online when researching. I asked about gluten free and a lady with blonde hair told me no we don't adapt any meals, you'll probably be ok with a jacket potato though. That was all I was offered. So I ordered this, as no other choice. A jacket with cheese. It was what appeared to be a microwave one, certainly didn't seem fresh. I had a upset stomach after it, so it must not have been gluten free. Not a great way to spend my evening before getting up early for a flight. Noise was an issue from the room above us, in fairness we didn't tell the staff so they didn't know. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and only one thin pillow each in the room. It was all clean though but the beds have put us off, along with the dining experience and we would not stay here again.

Great hotel and perfect location. Clean and large rooms.

It was impossible to find where to park for the hotel. I'm still not sure! We used meet & greet.

I have mobility problems and in the morning very early I asked the lovely girl on reception if someone could carry my luggage across to the airport. She very kindly walked over with myself and my case . A very helpful and friendly person ?

Nice breakfast. Room was lovely. I found the AC a little slow to respond but it was OK. The staff were all very nice. Dinner menu was a bit basic but for two night was adequate. Location was perfect for a business trip to the area.

Very good hotel right next to Liverpool airport. Very helpful and friendly staff at check in. Rooom was a good size with a comfortable bed and good bathroom with shower. Breakfast had several options and good choice of hot and cold drinks and food.

Signposting from the airport could have been better, and a bigger sign on the airport side of the hotel.

Bathroom design

The location. One elevator and ten steps away from the departures.

Blood stains on the towels. Hair on the bed. Room smelt of smoke. Placed in a disabled assistance room which was not required - bathroom was a giant wet room with low pressure handheld shower. Only needed the room for 6 hours so not worth complaining but for £100 you are paying a premium for a gross room very close to the airport. Staff on reception had an attitude upon check in at around 9pm, check out at 4am more friendly.
