Terlon Apartments

Elevator broken and was given a room on the 7th floor, so it was exhausting to get to/from the room, specially with heavy bags or after a very long day of walking. Also charged �25 for early check in that could have easily been forfeited as make-good.

Location was very good friendly staff at reception. Studio was clean and shower was good good hot water

Not so much did like but a suggestion for owners Mattress needs replacing as very bumpy and soft. Couldn't get heating on in room to dry wet coats as very wet for our stay dish cloth and tea towel needed also a bin in kitchen

It was a great location, and the room was lovely, plenty of room and had everything you would need.

There were some loud people that came in late at night cussing and swearing, however this could have just been an odd occasion.

Love the location and the apartments are clean and comfortable this is the 2nd time we have stayed there . The lady on reception is so nice and so helpful .

Excellent location in the centre of the city near Matthew Street (but away from the noise) and the Town Hall. Also a short walk from the Liverpool 1 shopping area, the Pier Head and Lime Street, Moorfields, James St. and Central railaway stations. Lots of good pubs and restauarants within a few minutes walk

A few small issues. No shelf in the shower, there was a washing machine but nowhere to dry clothes, a hallway but nowhere to hang coats, and one broken bedside light light. But overall a well equipped apartment.

Location is unbeatable. Walking distance to every where.

Location was perfect, just around the corner from the Cavern, right in town and a short walk to the river and other experiences.

Location is perfect for getting to know the city walking. The appartment is big and has everything you need. Big windows so it has good light.

Although location is very convenient, the neighbourhood is very noisy. The mattress is too soft, it needs replacement.

Very central location (right next to the famous Matthew Street / The Cavern Pub), lovely staff, has a washer/dryer. Easy check in and out. Nice view from our room (level 4). Some people may find this location noisy as it’s above a series of pubs but we had no problem with it.

The room was a bit stuffy - window only opens a little bit. We had no wifi in our room. The spring mattress wasn’t particularly comfy. Jammy shower door.

It was very convenient to the city centre, cavern club, Liverpool One and Albert Dock. There are plenty of cabs, Ubers, trains, etc. The washing machine was a godsend!

They warn you in all the reviews and it’s true, the cavern club side of the property is LOUD from about 7:30 to 1am. Not just a little loud, a lot loud. Bring earplugs or play white noise in earbuds, it really helps. Even with the noise, we found it perfect. And if you are up for a night out with so much fun music blasting, go enjoy it!

Bed was really uncomfortable ? and the sink kept blocking in the bathroom.

The first room I was shown was so noisy that I might well have actually been in the club it came from at 3.00 in the afternoon.The member of staff there kindly relocated me to the other side of the building The studio was shabby and dated with no microwave and no soap!

Stayed here numerous times. Close to Matthew street and walking distance to everywhere in the city centre. Very friendly staff, spotlessly clean.

Ideal location for a shopping trip and family visit. Very impressive building and architecture.

Although the location is very central it did mean that it was noisy at night - it was the weekend. Also I ordered Ubder Eats and they couldn't find the location so I had to wait for a reorder to get my food.

Location was excellent, check in was very easy and staff at check in were very helpful and kindly allowed us to leave our bags behind. Facilities in the room were great (kettle, fridge, sponge, washing up liquid etc.)

There's only one lock on the door, would have appreciated a chain lock on the door as a secondary safety measure. As a girl, I wouldn't be inclined to stay again if I was travelling alone for this reason.
