I have stayed at this hotel twice, once this year and once last year.It is conveniently located near the city center, with a Tesco Express close by and the marina just a short distance away.The hospitality and facilities are excellent, and the staff are exceptionally cooperative.I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is located in a good area and is one of the few hotels with functional air-conditioning in each room in the area. Parking is available (but payable unfortunately). They provided us good after sale service also as forgot an item in room and they cooperated for retrieval.

Perhaps the energy saving lighting could be less excessive. So that when guest exits elevators there is already at least a dim illumination.

The location was perfect for visiting the attractions in the waterfront area, and the proximity to James st. Station makes it convenient to find and well-connected to the rest of the city. It was clean and the breakfast was good. The staff were exceptional, sharing personal tips on where to eat and what to do nearby.

Wow! I was not expecting how really nice this was! They actually thought of and provided everything a luxury hotel provides for a great price. We had a view, lovely coffee, kitchenette, great towels, lift, good size room, table and chairs, television, amazing location, kind and helpful employees, a freezer(!), outlets galore, and it is Eco-friendly. I highly recommend!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were in a central location, close to waterfront, and a 10/15 min walk from Liverpool one shopping centre. Lots of restaurants around the area, or go up into the town for food. We hopped on the red bus at the Pier head, this takes you round the interesting sites around the city, it's a 24 hr ticket, so you can hop on and off the bus at various points and walk around the area, then jump back on the bus to the next point.

The original room we had wasn't suitable for mum and myself, as the bed was up against the wall and the bed was quite high to get in and out of. We both have mobility issues. But got moved to the twin room no problem. These were lower beds and the staff were great, they even moved our luggage to the new room for us whilst we went out for the day. So helpful.

Spacious room, great location, excellent staff at a reasonable price.

The apartment was spacious. Love having access to a kitchen.

The shower door opening was on the small side for getting in and out.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Liverpool, 5 mins walk to Liverpool 1. The rooms are a good size, we had a studio apartment. The kitchen was compact, but had all the items you would expect. You're not cooking a roast dinner in it but you can make basic meals if needed. Bathroom and bedroom all clean, modern feel, massive window looking across to the front. That made the room light and bright.Staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly.

The pillows. They were too thin with a single and too high with two. There weren't any other options for pillows.

The aparthotel is located right on Liverpool’s waterfront, within short walking distance of everything—the Cavern Club, Albert Docks, and more. The on-site parking was very convenient, and the staff kindly allowed us to leave our car there for a few hours after checkout at no extra charge. The apartment was clean, quiet, and well-equipped, with fresh linens and everything we needed.

The only thing we needed but didn't find in the room was napkins or paper towels

Great location with great amenities. Laundry facilities and gym. Small kitchenette in rooms for quick meals. Great staff, friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about what to see in Liverpool. I will definitely book with them again.
