It was very clean and comfortable nice room and ensuite shower room

The layout was fantastic. having the use of the kitchen and the roof terrace was a real bonus

The bed seemed a bit small it didn't feel like a full sized double

I thought the lady working cleaning was a absolute treasure she went above and beyond to help me check in she’s worth her weight in gold can’t thank her enough she had finished work but stayed on help me wonderful lady

I booked through booking.com I paid my money but due to my phone not working properly I didn’t receive message about id photo and deposit I rang number I received many times no answer if it had not been for the clearn lady finishing her work and releasing i was having problems it would have been a nightmare she saved the day and helped me so much

Cosyinessnof the room but shared kitchen seems daunting

Too far out for my liking as my partner has bad knees, taxis are hard to get at this time of year.

Its not until you have got all the way through the booking before you are told you need to pay a security deposit!, i did not like the aggressive messaging telling you, you will be charged if you call them after 21;00, or if you damage anything. There are no staff available at check in, so its your word against theirs if the accuse you of any damage, also there are signs posted all over the place saying if you stain or mark the carpets you will charged!, if they had a member of staff on site then this aggressive messaging could be averted

The room was clean.

Room was a lot smaller than anticipated. Photos are definitely deceiving. We stayed 3 nights but only had hot water the first night which isn't great with the colder weather.

Good location, close to town. Room was nice and cozy and in a good, clean condition.

We couldnt leave our luggage at the office after check out.

the room was very clean and the furniture,fixtures and furnishings were of very good standard,the bathroom was clean and spacious and the shower was very spacious too. Having a free standing fan in the room was a great addition. The shared living space and kitchen were also very clean and there was tea,coffe and milk supplied for guests.

Couldn't shut one of the windows. As it was windy and rainy during our stay it got cold at night

Room was clean and facilities were good. Kitchen was available and the location was convenient. Staff was responsive as well. Self-checked in available.

A damage deposit of 150 pounds was collected but it was refunded right after check out. Refund was back in my card within 2 days.

breakfast was not included but you have use the kitchen whitch they have provede it has everything you need ie fridge microwave and a cooker for you to cook a meal if you wanted to. Along with a sitting area with siute & a tv for you ideal if you go as family wher you can all relax and just chat. location was about a 15 min walk once you got off the train and found your way The area is under going devilerpment at the moment so it does not appelaing but once finnishd the area should look good.

may be put blinds on the windows along with the curtains so you did not feel so exposed to other windows
